Welcome to the Archagent blog! This is both an RP blog for my OC Nicholas Zep as well as an archive of a little alternative fantasy world of my making. Been working on the lore and characters for a bit now but this is the first time I've actually decided to make any sort of public entries with this so I'm a bit nervous, but also quite excited to interact/RP/collab with many people with their canons and OCs! Ah, and all the character drawings are courtesy of my friends!

Hey fellas!
Been a while I know. Some of you might have missed me, some of you probably worried, some of you most likely moved on, but I wanted to say hi with two quick updates!
1. Probably something I should have mentioned months ago, but I’m currently doing most of my RPs via Discord now instead of Tumblr. For those of you who are still interested in keeping up with me and making new threads, just shoot me an ask or an IM about my Discord and we can exchange from there! Trust me, whoever you are, if we’re still mutuals, I would love to reconnect with you through Discord and have all sorts of RPs together, and even if you don’t RP on Discord very often, I’m more than happy to just hear from you if you wanna say hi!
2. That being said, I will have to officially drop all current threads on this blog. I just can’t keep up with Tumblr anymore. I’m getting too old and my attention span can only keep up with Discord and the various RP groups that I’m in right now. This blog will mainly be used to lurk around and archiving stuff about my ideas for the Archagents. If there are threads that you are really wanting to continue with me though but for some reason are not able/comfortable using Discord to RP, then talk to me about it! I can probably juggle like a few threads through Tumblr still, but just not as much as I used to.
That’s all I got for now! I might reblog this every so often for the next week, so if you wanna avoid seeing this post, just blacklist #ArchagentPSA

“No, I just thought I’d hang around for a bit. Looks like you’re having a bit of trouble with that huh?” Zep pulled up a chair and sat beside the other, looking amused at the ink issue Laslow was having.
“Here, lemme have a look at that. I know a thing or two about keeping one self presentable in tough spots like these.” He offered his hand and a sympathetic laugh.
❝ I uh, wouldn’t call myself busy – I mean, I was, but right now I’m more or less . . trying to get this ink stain out of my sleeve . . ❞ To anyone else, it probably looked like his panic had been caused by something over than spilt ink, the endless scrubbing and muttered curses all the while hunched over a wash board to drag the whole shirt across the edges. On a normal day, he would have expected everyone to walk on by and pay him no mind – why oh, why couldn’t today be that day, too ?
Letting out a sigh and pulling the fabric out of the bubbles, dark splotches still ever-apparent on a stark white canvas. He would have a hell of a time explaining this one to Xander when he’s once again out of casual shirts. There was no use continuing to scrub it out when it was already clinging to the fibers for dear life.

//I realize that I’ve been inactive for a while now and I apologize deeply for that without giving proper notice of my absence! A lot has happened with work and juggling around certain online social circles, but I think by tomorrow or Friday I should be back on track with RPing here again.
Although that being said, I must confess some negative thoughts on my mind...
I’ve been somewhat losing a bit of confidence in my RP blog. Sometimes I feel unworthy to be RPing with some of the great canon blogs that I’ve come to really love. Other times, I’m ashamed of myself of waiting on new canon blogs to follow me back after judgement.
I know RPing is supposed to be a hobby and just for fun. People have told me time and time again that if I get stressed out over this that I should just take a break or walk away from it all.
But here’s the thing: if I’m writing for someone in general, it will always be work.
Not “work” as in like a chore, but like it’s “work” in the sense that I’m putting something up to someone else’s judgement. My writing as a form of my expression is always put on the line when I RP. Nothing will ever change that.
Is it still fun when I RP? Yes, but is it possible to RP without stress? Never.
In the interaction between other people’s canon blogs and my OC, I will always be afraid that my OC is seen to be inferior by the sin of it being an OC.
I am grateful that many muns of canon blogs have come to love Zep in the past, but I guess its hard to continue when I’ve forgotten what that feeling of acceptance and reassurance is like.
In the end, I’m just gonna have to fight off these feeling and continue to push on with writing Zep out the best I can and hope that he’s fun to RP with others.

Hinata disappeared through it first, and Lilith followed once Zep was through. She was in charge of closing it once they were through after all. Once the light cleared and it was possible to see again, Hinata turned to Zep with a grin on his face.
{❧} —- “Well here we are! What do you think? Pretty neat huh?”
The samurai turned to Corrin when she showed up, and explained to her who he was with. Once she understood she nodded, waved at Zep, and hurried off after Sakura.
{❧} —- “That was Lady Corrin. She’s nice and the person in charge here.”
Looking around, Zep couldn’t help but be in awestruck by the wonders of this place. A large home disconnected from the troubles outside. Infrastructure on the east and some natural resources planted in the west. This was certainly unheard of from Zep’s world.
“Neat? This is so cool! And you guys just hang out here?” asked Zep before noting the woman in charge of the place. Zep quickly waved back with a sheepish smile before Lady Corrin had walked away.
After taking in the scenery of this place, Zep looked at Hinata with a grin. “She seems nice, yea! So what do you do around here?”
