What an April fools! I booped so many people and a bunch of randoms. Thanks to everyone who booped me and all those who endured endless boops from me! And the boop post spam after being gone for a while. I was booping on my way to bank, in line and on the way back, when I was waiting for extraction in Helldivers... I also had the honour of being booped by god of war Xivu Arath so I am trully blessed.

Percy in Tartarus sketch. I started this over a year ago and I was planning on doing two pieces, one for Percy and one for Annabeth but I am not sure how that would work out now 😅

So this is a bit of a personal note but I just wanted to share since I have been inactive for a bit. I have been lurking and last year was very stressful and busy for me with big changes in my life. During that time all I could do was just work and sort my own stuff out and I didn’t have it in me to focus on fanart. Later in the year, especially in fall I finally felt like I had the time and energy again but I got into other things like watching One Piece and BG3, which was fun, just very distracting.

I planned to come back to fanart over Christmas break which ended up shorter than I expected and really busy. I had still been very excited to go back to fanart in new year and had a couple of ideas, some more gen and some more spicy for my Twitter. But recently other things came up and I honestly don’t have it in me to do anything. I don’t necessarily know why I felt the need to share since I am not a big artist or anything but I just wanted to create regularly and motivated myself to do so with fanart and this account, so I guess I am just disappointed in myself.

I also want to branch to some other fandoms that I enjoy and not PJO to hopefully regain my interest in creating fanart and just the joy of it.

Thanks to everyone who has been viewing my art and leaving likes and reblogging, I truly appreciate all of you. And thank you to everyone who bothered to read this, thanks for bearing with my rant. Hopefully at some point I will be back to making more fanart, and maybe even finish all my fic ideas.

HELLO tell me every single thing abt the Keith/Matt wip I'm obsessed with their dynamic and there's nearly not enough of it

Oooooh, so I kinda need to refresh myself with this too, it’s been a while since I was working on it. But it was heavily based on how he and Keith probably knew each other in Garrison. It was supposed to be a little goofy and fluffy, Keith as the aloof and a the troubled kid that joined Garrison and Matt as Shiro’s goofy best friend that is trying to get this kid to socialise. I was fully leaning into slightly feral Keith that grew up in dessert then foster homes and there was just so much Matt could show him like memes and it would be a slow progression of Keith opening up and leading to a relationship as they grew closer. And it would be one hell of a reunion later after a rather painful separation. It is not my most fleshed out WIP and it was more of a see where it goes, probably a one shot with the reunion as an addition or in the same chapter?

I just love their potential, they feel like they would be such a funny couple and something that their friends wouldn’t see coming, except Shiro who was there the entire time to see the memes and the pining. And with how Matt was the only one who knew about what truly happened in Naxzela it could bring a lot of depth to their relationship. But also it felt like a lot of fun to write.

Hope it sounds fun, I genuinely searched so hard for my notes but except for Notion I think I might have lost the start I wrote but this made want to get back to writing this ship!
