I'm rereading aftg for the third time now and I first read it at the end of April this year. My sister thinks I have a problem, but they're literally my comfort books now.

Also, I feel like everytime I reread them I notice something new about them, like small foreshadowings/references.

I think what people fail to realize on discussions about Neil's mischaracterization is that there isn't one version of Neil. Neil is as much the person he is describing himself as, as much as the person everyone else sees, be it Andrew, Kevin, Wymack or Jean. There isn't one version of Neil because there's not one version of anyone. And what I really love about having Jean's pov is that we can actually see the difference between how we perceive ourselves and how others perceive us.

Update: I stayed up 'till 3am to reread The Foxhole Court from start to finish

I read in only a week the entire aftg series, and I just feel that empty feeling of when you just finished a book and want to reread it again but at the same time you know it won't be the same as the first.

Reading the first 3 books I didn't really like Kevin ngl, but The Sunshine Court made me look at him in a completely different way and I'm soo glad that I read it, but I also want to reread the first books just to see Kevin in the way that I see him now, and actually same for Andrew cause I couldn’t stand him in the first book but now I have a completely different understanding of his character and I just feel like the reasons to reread the entire series are piling up :)
