They are not medically accurate, just enough for artists to know the necessary muscles and how they work together

I 100% recommend doing the last exercise I did to be able to actually place the muscles

Decided to update my old Minecraft Enchantment Rune sheet!

I streamlined some of the wonkier runes and added one for the Swift Sneak enchantment

(for those of you unfamiliar with the original post, I created a rune sheet for minecraft enchantments a couple years ago so I could show them engraved on weapons/armor in my art)
