So I would absolutly LOVE to open a real - world art Studio named Fox Fyre Ink where I (and anyone who becomes employed there) can sell, create, and share art and our love of it. But for now I can have a Tumblr where I'll just sell art for now, and eventually hopefully get commissions! You are an adventurer who stops to rest at a small snowy village. The townspeople regale you with stories about an ice witch who turns people into frozen statues. You journey to the mountain to deal with the witch. You find that she is just a misunderstood artist making ice sculptures.

While cleaning, you find an old dusty flag with a colorful pattern of leaves and flowers in a box of your late grandmother’s things. Thinking it festive, you clean and hang it up outside for Spring. You didn’t know that it was an invitation for Fey creatures to shelter in for the night.

Hey, um, it feels really not savvy to admit this but I have absolutely no idea how to use Discord. I would love it if somebody could give me a step-by-step how to use Discord for out-of-touch dummies LOL. Wandering the app for like 20 minutes trying to figure it out please help.
It almost appears i have to already have friends which is a bummer

Everyone has the disappointment of mixing all the colours together expecting to get some sort of supercolour. It’s an early lesson in Less is More

So for starters, this series of pieces is not for sale. These are character designs for three of the four main characters of an original story line I've been working on off and on over the last 2-3 years, the ones shown here are Huntyr, Samael, and Dimitri. The story do far is called "The Un-Humans"* (© 2019 Cryptik) I'm not sure if it will be a book or a manga/anime. This whole thing was inspired by an online Role play I did with a handful of internet friends. This brain - child is to this day, one of the most complex designs I've worked with, trashing, resigning, then trashing it again, and I still have so long to go.

The last 'main' character is a Beastkin (an animal 'phase' manifests at puberty then can shift at will) named Seth Thompson (frequently switches to Thomas till I make up my mind) from a "Tiger " clan. Eecko wooed out his whole family and he escaped. Now he's part of Prince Dimitri's inner circle of the Un-Human army.
*Also thinking "The Un-Human Chronicles". Feedback? Ideas? Suggestions?

"To rise from its own ashes, a Phoenix must first burn"
- unknown
This was *almost* my first commission. I was requested to draw a Phoenix, but that was over a year ago and I haven'tspoken to get since that night. I was very pleased with my shading, if my memory serves correctly, this was my first real sucsess at shading and blending bright colors.

SO! If you found this page through one of my other blogs, welcome! Art has been one of my biggest passions since middle school (for perspective, I'm now in my early/mid 20's) BUT after this great peice of advice from my grandmother, who incidentally got her first masters degree in art, not turn your favorite hobby into your job, because then it becomes a chore and is no longer enjoyable. Thus, my(very very very long term) Goal became to open an Art Studio where people can come and practice, create, or even sell their own under the name Fox Fyre Ink!
I gotta start somewhere. Why not here? I'm going to start by posting pictures of my personal projects that are for sale at a fixed price. If you're interested in one, you can purchase it at its fixed price and have it shipped to you in a manilla envelope, or we can discuss frames/mounting/protective sleevs for a small price increase.
If you wish to discuss a commission, I have very strict rules.
1. Creating art is really my only hobby. I do it for relaxation and enjoyment. So, If i don't like the idea of your commission for any reason, or I just don't wanna do it, I won't. Simple as that. I won't let Art go from advocational to drudgery.
2. You have to keep in mind that I am purely self taught, I have never been into a more prestigious art class than my bum-fuk-nowhere, low funded art program highs school. Remember my artistic calibre and my preferred art genre/style when you plan a commission.
3.The price of each commission will fluxuate based off these details: Quality of supplies desired, size of peice, color or no color, preferred medium, shipping method, etc.
4. Payments And Planning*
4a. Once we have agreed of details of the peice, the payment will be done in three installments. First payment will be a down payment, used for purchasing the miscellaneous "first stage" supplies that are necessary.(pencils, erasers, shading tools, etc)
4b. The second installment will be after I've completed a sketched layout of your commission to your specifications and received your approval. The second payment is for any other supplies, and where the most price inflation is possible, depending on if you want it colored or grayscale, or a specified medium or other supplies.
4cOnce the peice is complete and I have confirmed that the buyer is satisfied, the final payment will be paid, which will pay for any shipping needs (boxes, frames, envelopes, etc) and the labor hours I put into it.
Ill be honest. I'm stubborn, obstinate, and difficult to work with, aswell as being pretty inflexible in my art style. I personally would not want to hire myself to do a commission. But if youre dauntless enough to overcome my obstinacy, my inflexibility only applies to my craft, not my prices. Ill be happy to negotiate with you so were both happy in the end.
*The amount of steps/monetary installments is flexible. There will be very consistent communication between myself and the buyer to ensure that any customers of mine are satisfied by my work.
