Athena
I imagine she is always a faceless character. Her helmet has olive branches because peace is always the goal

Hermes
Again, EPIC: the Musical. I loved his maniacal laughter.
No eyes or ears, because he is only the messenger. No peeking!

Tiresias
I got into EPIC: The Musical lately and I love every song. I want to design what the characters look like in my head. I don't follow the creator so idk if he has any designs in mind already but this is how I imagined the prophet! Did you know he was a woman for 7 years because he whacked some snakes? Wild
I imagined he'd bleed from his eyes and he'd see the future through the blood. River Styx is on top of him, he is rotting as he will never reincarnate

YOU ARE SO CORRECT Light was supposed to die in a pathetic way to show that no matter how much he believed himself to be a god HE WAS HUMAN! He begs in his last moment for Ryuk or Misa to kill everyone, like a child, showing that he wasn't as high and mighty as he wanted everyone (including the audience) to believe. Instead in the anime he gets away and passes away quietly while being surrounded by a serene lighting...it genuinely undersells the message
Could you please elaborate a bit on why you dislike the anime's ending?
Primarily because (1) it inserts sentimentality for its own sake, (2) implied Light had some kind of regrets about being Kira when he never truly did, (3) had Light running away from the scene at the warehouse which didn’t happen, and (4) was an overall downgrade from the amazingly stark gut-punch ending of the manga. It also wasted the opportunity to tell the anime audience one of the most (if not THE most) important fact of the manga when it comes to Light— that he knew from the beginning of his Kira journey that nothing happens after death, and no matter who you are or what you do, this earthly life is the only one anyone ever gets.
