Hi guys!!! Physical products in my Etsy shop Artscythe only open seasonally (3 times a year) due to personal circumstances, and this season ends on:

Friday 10th of March!

Physical prints and stickers won't open again until Friday 21st april, so make sure to get your orders in the next two weeks!!!

Ok this needs saying but like - when you guys reblog my art and leave nice/funny comments in the tags... My heart does a happy backflip I swear :D especially the ones that are addressed to op :) I appreciate you guys soooooo muuuuuuch. Literally some of your comments have me cackling and I love it. Makes me wanna make all the art, and make it good for u guys <3

I'm quite pleased with how this Touya piece turned out. He deserves no less.

Might add a couple of finishing touches of white to the flames, but I think we are done!

I don't even know what to say about it at this stage. Thoughts? Captions? I'd love to hear your comments on how it's coming along.

So in this piece I decided to make Touya send Endeavour a message through flowers ofc. It goes as follows:

Irises: A message for thee

Black roses: Vengeance

Red Spider lilies: Death, A final goodbye

Not yet in illustration:

Forget-me-not: Do not forget

Chrysanthemum: A heart left to desolation

So this is the base colour. Ok quick question to more experienced artists. Just the base colour took me three hours. Threeeee HOURS! Am I doing something wrong? Are my lines bad and that's why I can't use the fill tool properly? Is that just how long it's supposed to take? I-

I might do some studies to learn how to draw fire in a way I like before proceeding with this one. Any ideas for any other characters to draw in this style? I think Shigaraki might work...

I've pretty much decided on a palette for this piece, one with more neutral colours to bring out the fire burning around him (I'll add some dashes of violet do dabi's skin and the irises carved on the walls). I think I'm leaning towards the darker compositions at the bottom, the two on the right. It will probably boil down to whether I want the flowers to be a bright fiery red or a deep blood colour... We'll have to see. (feel free to give your opinion)

Then again, I also like the top right colouring a lot for a softer look...

Dabi is just too nice to draw smh.

Feeling quite a bit inspired these days... (that is a whole load of flowers). I hope to bring some dimension to the lineart in my next session (and clean up some of the ones behind the flowers).

Of course it's Dabi again, how couldn't it be? The idea for this was born when I thought I would love to see Touya surrounded by (meaningful!) flowers that he's burning, inspired by Alphonse Mucha's style.

Still need some colour for the flower's message to be interpretable, but it might be nice to try to get people to guess when they have some :)

A Mucha inspired wip... Of Touya of course. Prepare for lots of flower symbolism. I can even make a sentence with them... Pretty cool imo. I hope the fabric manages to look even halfway decent.
