Please don't force plot points via asks without my permission! (Note: Ask hints and asking to learn more about a character are good! I mean like trying to use an OP character to completely erase a problem that's important to the plot.)

Gifts are great and almost always accepted! But if your gift is on the same level of power as a Z-Crystal or Mega Stone, please talk to me first!

I'm not very picky with asks! But if you don't see your ask being answered, it's probably because I don't know how to answer it or it's a path I don't want to go down.

so this absence has now become indefinite.

I realized as I gone on break, I felt RELIEVED. you aren't supposed to feel relieved about your own projects. so that's why I'm taking a longer break now. I've been thinking of askappos, asktrainerzoroark, and askobliviatwo as a chore, and I don't want to think of them that way. I don't want them to be an obligation, I want them to be fun.

now then, that doesn't mean I'm abandoning my projects. I very much want to see them through to the end. I just need to put myself at a distance until I stop seeing them as something I have to do like dishes or laundry.

I'll still be around. you can find me on my main at @umbreonrogue and I'm hanging around my Pokemon IRL blogs too.

hey guys

so i've been feeling burnt out for about a month now, if the more frequent talk sprites are any indicator. i'm surprised it took a few years to get to this point, but i have like three askblogs to consider the stories and characters for.

so i'm giving myself a month long break from pokemon askblogs. i will return on May 1st, 2024, but in the meantime I'll happily continue to send out asks if so requested.

so going to join Team Flare because my mother hate me

"Team Flare is gone, but please don't join any evil teams, period! They're not good people most of the time!"

"The hell is Team Flare?"

"I think you know about Team Trapper, right? They're not the only ones like that. Criminal organizations all over the world crop up with different goals, and ten years ago there was Team Flare in Kalos."

"Yeah, I was just a kid when that happened! They wanted to end the world using the Ultimate Weapon, but their plans got ruined by the current Kalosian champion."

"I see. Hope Team Trapper doesn't have any goals like that."

I did not had a good valentine at all because its stupid holiday

"Uhhhhhh, sorry to hear that? I guess?"

"And I didn't exactly want to wake any of you up so early, anyways," Fuku admitted. "Fuku you idiot, do you think we'd care about that?" Snowdrift said. "We're your friends, it wouldn't matter at all how early you woke us up."

"What did Snowdrift say?" Annie asked, noting the talkativeness of the Fennerunt. "He said it doesn't matter how early I woke you up. And called me an idiot." "Well I agree except for the idiot part! That's what friends are for."

"That's understandable, but still! I'm waiting in the dining area with your Pokemon," Annie said on the other side. "We can meet up there." "Yeah. Sounds good."

Hoopbi gives you a orb with a moving image of a what if where Fuku had a good Father and has a better life: I know this wouldn't make you happy but you can do whatever you want with this.

As Fuku returns to the hotel, she's presented with the orb. She seems conflicted, as if whether or not she should keep it. And eventually she comes to a decision.

"Keep it. I appreciate the gesture, I really do. But keeping it around would just be painful."

It was a good time. Her mind has been cleared, and although still tired, Fuku figured it was overdue to return back.

Fuku has left the event.

so what do you think of Hisuian Typhlosion

"They guide the souls of the dead to the afterlife, and purify corrupted souls with their flames. I kinda admire them, that can't be an easy job."

so how are you doing . I had a good time in Lumiose City because I seen some Meowstic

"Pretty alright I guess. I'm assuming Meowstic are more common in Kalos then? I haven't seen any of the Espurr line in Arcshua, but maybe it's just the area that I was going through?"

(@askthewhiterocket) Kyo raised her eyebrows a bit as she spotted Fuku. "A Hisuian Pokemon... now that's not something you see every day." She motioned for Meowstic to be at the ready to translate Fuku's answer as Kyo asked a question. "Are you a Pokemon originally from Hisui? Or are you from one of those preserves like those in Alola or Unova? I've heard ghost Pokemon like yourself have surprisingly long lifespans, but I'm not very familiar with your species, so I'm not sure exactly how long is "surprisingly long"."

Possibly in a surprising twist to Kyo, the Zoroark spoke in perfect human.

"I was aware of there potentially being a preserve in Kitakami, but not in Alola and Unova? Just how many Hisuian nature preserves are out there?"

@ogre-n-partner Poni approaches the zoroark looking at her with curiosity You look all wispy and stuff. Nothing like others I've seen. It looks cool! Got any particular plans?

"Just to keep doing what I'm doing I guess. Although I might go for a swim later, I've never exactly swam in the ocean before."

"The dancing was pretty damn fun, and the drinks here taste pretty good. I got some gifts from what I'm pretty sure are Legendaries too."
