1. I got a kitten (Teddy) who acts exactly like you'd expect a kitten to act (constant chaos, hand biting, face slapping, etc).

2. My adult cat (Karl) does not like Teddy because they've only cohabited for a couple weeks. Teddy is contained to the second floor of my house, and usually just my bedroom, for this reason.

3. Teddy is quick and slippery and also an anarchist so he ran past me when I tried to leave my room the other night. Karl was chilling in the guest room across from my room unbeknownst to me.

4. Teddy decided he would like to play a nice game of Grab That Other Cat's Ass with an unwilling Karl, who was desperately trying to get away from the little bastard. Karl is the most polite girl on the planet so she was just trying to run away, she doesn't seem to know she has the ability to smack him.

5. At this point I'm tripping over myself and yelling for backup trying to grab either of the cats to separate them. My dad manages to grab Teddy as the two guys run past him and Karl escapes downstairs, and we close the door behind her.

6. My mom comes up because she heard me yelling, and she notices drops of blood on the carpet. Oh fuck. After maybe 5 seconds of us trying to figure out which cat got hurt the adrenaline wore off and I realized my foot hurts. Turns out I'm the bleeder. I think Karl accidentally clawed me by stepping on my foot while she was running.

7. I go clean my wound while my dad busts out the deep cleaner to get my blood out of the carpet and my mom goes to do cat therapy for Karl.

8. I go to bed after this (it's like 11pm at this point) but before that I texted my friend about the situation since he's invested in my cat soap opera.

9. I wake up at like 3pm today (I procrastinated on dealing with the pain by sleeping in) to worried texts from said friend making sure I didn't die.

The options are actual names we're considering. Honorable mentions that we've ruled out are Prozac, Sourpuss, and Herpes. We don't know what breed she is yet (the shelter doesn't advertise their kittens so they don't have pictures & she's in foster rn). I'll post pics of the baby when we get her.

I was in my painting class the other day and I was chatting with the girl next to me. We were talking about stuff we did when we were younger. She was in the middle of a story but forgot the word she wanted to use, so we moved on. About 5 minutes later she remembered the word: Magnum opus. She then proceed to say that this is how she described her fancam blog of Congressman Pat Ryan to a local newspaper during an interview they did on teenagers in the arts.

Cookie Clicker v.2.052 is up live on browsers!

featuring the new building, 53 new upgrades, 53 new achievements and a bunch of other fun things too!

the Steam version will also be updated to match within the next couple days! we’ll be resuming progress on the Android app afterwards.

Cookie Clicker turns 10 later this year and we still have tons of new features planned for the years to come. we’re endlessly lucky and thankful that we get to do what we do. thank you for playing with us all this time!
