coming into your ask box to talk about Kayleigh fucking up Kevins life by lying to almost everyone about his father

(im not an expert, this is rambling, i do have these thoughts about multiple AFTG characters)

so theres a podcast i used to be obsessed with that was all about people who found family through ancesrty/23andme with the real folks telling their real stories and how it affected them through life long story short i think about the characters on this podcast telling their "family stories"

But like imagine being kevin, being what like 14? dicking around in your godfathers house with the only person you can count as family and finding a letter in your mothers handwriting that says she actually knew the whole time and hes a NCAA exy coach?

You mentioned a podcast, and it reminded me of something from my country. There used to be a show where adults searched for their lost relatives,parents, siblings, and people they had been separated from because of certain events.

And when you watched that show, it was shocking. You’d see just how much families could lie or keep things hidden. In the end, people would be in their twenties(sometimes even older), finally trying to find their mothers or fathers.

That’s why Kevin’s whole story with his mother really gets to me. It even irritates me, in a way. That poor child was already so traumatized from the Nest, and then there's everything with his father on top of it...

Plus, in what type of world would a grown-ass woman, willingly, give her son to the Mafia? And, first of all, in what type of world would that woman befriend a guy whose family is Mafia? I will never believe that she didn't know that Moriyamas were murderers....
