hi! i'm turtle/proxy/25, pronouns they/them, and this is my new account for writing requests and commissions! specific details are still being hashed out and released, so please be patient and look forward to updates if you're interested.

i'll be accepting requests and commissions for x readers/imagines and oc inserts. this includes any gendered writing and pairings desired (i'm queer, i get it).

rpf is also theoretically on the table, if that's something people are interested in.

as far as subjects, at the moment writings are limited to specific kpop groups and idols.

i'm not new to writing, or commissions/requests, or even writing specifically for kpop or the x reader/oc scene. i am however new specifically to combining all these things, and on tumblr. if there's any specific news, etiquette, etc. that i ought to know, please do tell! inbox and messaging is generally open always for conversation and discussion so long as you're respectful and mean no harm.

on the matter of the actual writing and notion of request vs commission:

requests are free, for shorter writing such as drabbles, are limited to x reader/imagines only, and i would prefer they come in through the inbox.

commissions are priced (flat vs flexible fees and system to be determined/added), can be for longer writing but technically any length goes within reason, are prioritized, include all writing types such as the theoretical rpf, and i would prefer they come through messaging. the commissioned writing can be sent privately, such as through email, or published on this blog if so desired. if you pay for a commission, i also allow posting or publishing on other platforms for free, so long as i am credited.

additionally, commission details are discussed before i accept them, so that both parties are aware of the expectations and limitations. i have full right to not accept a commission, for any reason. if i refuse a commission for reasons such as personal beliefs, comfort, etc., the requester may of course alter the details of their commission if they so like. for obvious reasons, the commissions are sensitive so i want to be very thorough with the process, and to guarantee a completed and satisfactory product within a reasonable time frame.

you may ask why you should pay at all. you do not have to pay. (that's partly why the requests option is there.)

i am aware that fic is free and accessible to all on multiple platforms, and you can easily turn to someone else. if you can't or don't want to pay, completely fine! i understand! in fact, i highly encourage people to turn to other writers who are interested if they would rather not ask from me.

but today's economy and job market is absolute fucking shit, and most people and places don't actually want to hire someone like me. my financial situation is very bad, and it doesn't really matter what kind of freelance services you can provide if no one is able to afford it. i figured that it wouldn't hurt to offer commissions so i can afford lunch if nothing else.

if you can or want to, at all, please do contact me for commissions! and if not commissions, i still would absolutely love requests. i am trying very hard to keep practicing my writing and to nurture my love for it, which has admittedly been difficult for a number of reasons.

limited time commission rates and other updates

for a limited amount of time, or until i hit a certain quota, i'll be taking commissions at the following rates:

$5.00 for up to 0.5k words

$7.50 for ~1k words

$10.00 for ~2.5k words

commissions are discussed before being accepted or released, of course, and there's more details in pinned for anyone curious about rules, limitations, etc

i will be posting some sample works and requests in the meanwhile, and will attempt to make a starter list of groups/idols/etc i will write for (including ateez of course)

i will also be sprucing up the patreon a bit before i start promoting; patreon will essentially have everything and anything i write, whereas tumblr updates will be slightly limited and behind patreon

at the moment, original works/series i intend to write and release primarily include a dramatic fantasy with ateez, and assorted superhero au's (think batcat au with catwoman!kazuha....)

also just another reminder that i DO write all/any genders and pronouns so don't be cautious

what content requests will i accept and write?

general:

kpop groups and idols (if unsure, simply ask)

any gender/pronouns for reader (male, female, nonbinary, unspecifiied/neutral, fluid, neopronouns, etc)

any gendered pairings (mlm/wlw, wlm, nblw/nblm, poly, etc)

platonic, romantic, and familial dynamics

fluff, angst, hurt/comfort, gen

mature/sensual requests

some explicit requests with limitations

limited "dark" content

commissions only:

expanded explicit, "dark", etc writing

oc inserts and au's

personalized x readers (e.g. specific name, attributes, etc.)

rpf (depending)

media au's (e.g. social media, text style, etc.)

expanded au's (e.g. with elaborate world building and storylines)

longer writing (within reason)

multi-chapter or multi-part (within reason)

all details of a commission and what i can/will actually write is discussed before acceptance; nothing is guaranteed

disclaimer:

i am over 18. i will not accept mature to explicit requests or commissions from minors at all. ethical and legal stuff aside, I'm just straight up not comfortable with that.

i will not accept any commissions at all from anyone under 16. requests are open, so please feel free to ask there if you like, but i'm not comfortable with taking money from kids. quite frankly i'm barely comfortable with the 16 years limit. i may very well restrict commissions to 18+ only in later years if this blog is still active then.

realistically i don't have any way of actually confirming your age, and also i'm not a cop or your parent. i just ask that everyone who asks for a commission is honest about it, or waits. honor code and all that.
