I was reading the crossed annuals (they really fucked me up ngl) and a scene made me think of Mona and Bill

I really believe they used one of these things on their victims.

Mona has back issues.

She grew exceptionally fast and it messed up her back, Not full blown scoliosis (not my personal HC anyone can do what they want though). Just chronic soreness, lifting, bending and stretching (for an extended period) is a big pain. Bill is her hauler.

I hate how they removed a lot of the pinpoint accuracy of the original series.

In the modern series it's [Major City, Country everyone knows]

In the og series they had the most off the wall locations, and I loved it. They had a setting in my city right outside Sacramento and I was so happy.

Ig the new series is just less relatable?

Bills favorite movies are the jackass series, the hangover series, Pacific rim and convoy.

Mona says favorite movies are Eraserhead, breathless, Shawshank redemption, one flew over the Cuckoo's nest.

In reality she watched Ace Ventura and pissed herself laughing.

Unpopular opinion time: Nathan is an overrated character.

Like, I understand why people love him (and I do too), but he really didn't do anything unique. In that situation, any normal cop could have shot Bill and arrested Mona😭😭 And the worst thing that is in the fandom he is considered some kind of mary sue (another one phonk edit for him and I start the painter in real life). Sometimes I just want him to be killed by Mona in episode 10 or turn out to be her accomplice just so they would shut up, idk.

Mona and Bill are the type of asshole friends to go into stores and just wreck the place.

Throw each other into shelves, push each other into people, throw flour at staff/around etc

Some downtime in between murder.

i headcanon Mona as being autistic or neurodivergent to some degree so i love imagining Mona having all these different kinds of stims and habits like,

Playing with her hair when she’s nervous or uncomfortable like running her fingers through it or twirling it around with her fingers.

Making expressions while painting as a method of translating the expressions she’s trying to convey in her paintings.

Rocking back and forth when she gets really impatient or is waiting for something to happen.

Rubbing her arms to feel her self harm scars, she loves how course and rough they feel, she’s like a cat with it’s scratching post XD

Doing this thing with her hands where she’s moving them around in slow, wavy motions like she’s conducting an orchestra in her head or something, sometimes accompanied by humming, usually a method of entertaining herself when she has nothing else to do.

Affectionate stims like nuzzling her face up against Bill’s, rubbing his back or shoulders unprompted or tracing her finger around veins on his body.

Drawing or doodling. I like to think she just has this compulsion to do art and will sometimes draw or paint for no reason in particular and she’ll get really stressed and anxious if she can’t.

Staring. If she finds something really fascinating she’ll just stare and analyze at it with them big ole’s eyes for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Running on all fours when she’s really trying to get somewhere fast and she’s eerily really good at it, she definitely would’ve done this if she got the chance to escape from Nathan.

Going out in the rain. Mona usually hates water and bathing but for some reason that she can’t quite explain, she loves the rain and getting completely drenched, she’ll have her head pointed up to the sky with her eyes closed and a genuine smile on her face and take it in. She finds it really relaxing and therapeutic.

I like this idea so much that I made a few wips and plan on making this into a full on painting.

I'd like to imagine Mona would slowly manipulate the sisterhood into becoming sadistic hedonists in hopes to begin her new artist period. Since she seems very critical about American Culture and the systems in place, I wouldn't be surprised if she took this opportunity to openly criticize how Christian-centric the country is and how that religion is used to further oppress others.
