Hello! I just wanted to say that I’m extremely shy and this was a way I could tell you personally. I honestly feel like you would be a wonderful roleplay partner. Not just story-telling wise but on how you make the characters feel real. I’ve been looking for that for a while now, actually haha. I wanted to ask you a question while I’m at it. Do you roleplay in the DMs? It’s okay if you don’t want to answer this, I’m simply curious. Have a wonderful day!
Boy howdy, I wasn’t expecting anything like this- it’s always nice to hear someone enjoys reading my writing. I’m always working to improve, so I’m glad that my effort shows.
As per your question, I don’t tend to RP outside of threads for personal reasons- it’s just easier on my mind to keep my IC and OOC spaces distinct. But my PMs are always open pal, don’t be afraid to send me a message. Maybe we can chat and see if we can’t work something out.

"It looks like Bugs Bunny got the better of you, hey Thomas?" Teased his driver.
Thomas wrinkled his nose, giving the man a bewildered look. “What in the world is a ‘bugs bunny’? A bug that looks like a rabbit? Or.. A rabbit that looks like a bug?”

I figured since I made Thomas, James could use a little attention too :’)
Made partly for @conceitcd, who’s struggling to find a look they like for human James. Maybe this will help!

Thomas was looking forward to resting quietly in the station. He’d spent all morning and most of the afternoon running about, shunting things to and fro and his wheels were dreadfully tired- however, a certain splendid red engine sitting at the station seemed to think resting quietly wasn’t meant to be. James appeared to be in quite a huff, and Thomas didn’t even have time to think of anything to say before the red engine decided to kick up a row.
“Well fancy that!” He chuffed indignantly, but he didn’t disagree. James did look silly when he was pouting and he did have a habit of showing off- things Thomas wisely opted not to say aloud. “Here I was only going to tell you that your next train is ready.” He wrinkled his little round nose and glanced tellingly at the coaches he’d shunted into the station.
“Henry was meant to take this train, but he isn’t feeling well. You’d better put on a smile for your passengers- surely you wouldn’t want them to think you disappointed to do the job?”
@audaciouslittleengine
The fireman and engineer got off at the station, heading into one of the offices. James was left sitting alone, in a rather foul mood after having to haul a heavy goods train. The next engine who would pull into the station would be getting an earful.
Upon seeing the small blue tank engine, James decided he had quite enough of Thomas’s cheekiness.
“I am not funny looking when I’m upset. You should go on ahead and mind your own business, Thomas. And I’m getting tired of you calling me a show-off. I can’t help it when people decide to be impressed. It’s just part of being a really splendid engine.”

[ Starters here, come get ‘em! Like this post and I’ll write one up for you! Alternatively, feel welcome to message me if you’ve got a specific idea, I’m game :’)
Keep in mind that I usually only do paragraph roleplay, I’ll probably check out your blog before writing anything, and I highly prefer blogs that have an about/rules page. I’m not particularly picky, but I feel much more comfortable knowing that my partner and I are on the same page ;’)
If you’d just like a specific verse that isn’t my default, please specify via ask or message. ]
