There is a short film dance video on youtube called Roxanne, the woman in the red dress. Whenever i read the passionate dance scenes of these two in Takes Two, that video plays in my head.

Fun fact: The first routine that Levi and Hange aced/nailed was inspired by "El Tango de Roxanne." That one when they were arguing, and Hange tells him not to be an asshole in the middle of a gancho.

Levihan Circus AU, anyone?

Imagine Levi flying in the sky with a green Aerial Silk... and Hange presenting the show... They could have a beautiful 'The Greatest Showman' moment, duo, with him grabbing Hange and flying together and I dunno. Oh, if it's hard to understand, Levi's putting a bit of his green silk on Hange's sholders, as to say they're part of the Survey Corps, too. If some fanfic writers feel like writing something about this, I would be extremely happy. I've been brooding with the idea of a SNK Circus AU for months!

Takes Two is so good. You mentioned in the last chapter that Hange is a corporate strategist? What is that? Also what is Levis career?

Hi, anon! Thank you for reading.

A corporate stategist focuses on long term growth for a company. They plan business plans, they assess the industry trends and evaluate risks in new ventures. Amongst a bunch of other things. I chose that career for Hange because in a way, it's similar to what a commander does.

As for Levi, he is a Cost Accountant. He assists in budget preparation, he monitors production, he ensures accurate financial records, ETCETERA

And again, I chose that for him because it's similar to what a captain does.

Basically this:

Corporate Strategist –> "Where should we go next to grow?"

Cost Accountant –> "How can we operate more efficiently?"

Sometimes, a small detail being omitted from the manga can change so much meaning in the anime.

In the anime version of the torture scene, Levi initiated to take a break after Sannes broke down. Hange followed him after that.

However, in the manga, Hange was affected by Sannes and put down her torture gear. Levi then took it as a cue and said that they should take a break.

Such small detail show how Levi's smallest attention is on Hange and how Levihan has their unique unspoken telepathy.

And noticed Hange walked out first. Levi knows she needed a break 🥺

Come on now. I understand why Hange avoided his gaze before she went out. If Levi looked at me like this, and I was Hange, I would’ve stayed and just let the world burn.

(Whew! Thank God I’m not Hange!)
