Star Wars Infinites: Fractured Fate (ROTS AU)

A chance encounter leads to Anakin, Obi-Wan and Padme uncovering Palpatine's true identity. Feeling betrayed at being lied to for years, (and frustrated that Sidious was allowed to take over) Anakin vows to kill him for what he did, while Obi-Wan realises that Dooku is the key to exposing him, now that he finally understands what he meant when he tried to recruit him on Geonosis. The two have a brief argument of the right approach, but they are interrupted by a Separatist attack.

Later, Anakin confronts Palpatine with the 501st, who seeing the rage in Skywalker, admits to it all, twisting the knife that not only was he able to take control over the highest office in the galaxy but that the Sith had been ploting this for centuries under the Jedi Order's nose, to erode his faith in both them and the Republic. Using the moment of doubt in Skywalker, he sends out Order 66 over the Senate speakers, turning all the Clones he brought against the Jedi in the building, as Anakin and him cross blades.

All the while, Dooku is captured by Obi-Wan and Padme, but while convincing the Count to turn on his master, Obi-Wan realises to his own horror, that Anakin has always been Sidious intended apprentice, and rushes to the Senate, the shared revelation also being the lynchpin that turns Dooku against Sidious who confesses to his role in the Clone Wars as they expose Sidious with footage of their meetings to the galaxy, in a pan-galactic transmission.

Seeing that Anakin is out for blood Obi-Wan tries to stop him from executing a secretly delighted Sidious, which unfortunatly puts him over the edge, his eyes becoming yellow, as he slashes at Obi-Wan to run through the Sith on the steps of the Senate, who dies dubbing him Vader in his ear.

Anakin: What are you doing?!

Obi-Wan: It's over Anakin, we have the high ground, the entire galaxy see's what he is.

Anakin: Don't underestimated his power. Look around, do you really think any court can be a trusted?!

Obi-Wan: He may deserve death, but that is not your burden alone to decide, and the Jedi cannot become executioners.

Anakin: He can't be allowed to live!

Obi-Wan: Your better than this, Anakin. Don't be like Sidious.

(Anakin seems to calm, until he looks past Kenobi and sees Sidious' look of panic, grimace into a smile)

Anakin: Obi-Wan... Get out of my way.

Intoxicated by the act, Anakin declares his intent to take over, to the whole galaxy, thoroughly believing that neither the Jedi or the Senate are worthy of leading it anymore. This forces Yoda to confront him in a duel reminiscent of the one he had with Sidious in Rots, but he's almost bested by the younger man, until a patched up Obi-Wan reappears to face his fallen friend.

Yoda: Stop this, Skywalker! If continue down this dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny.

Anakin: Then my destiny is to rule!

During the battle Anakin blocks a strike from Kenobi and pulls Sidious saber to his right hand, but despite using two blades, his old master continues to match despite his injuries, ending the fight by severing Anakin's left arm, sending his blue lightsaber to the ground and the rest of him to his knees. A sorrowful Obi-Wan expels him from the order, unwilling to kill his old friend, who briefly considers fiighting on but walks away after seeing a look of profound disappointment from Padme, leaving behind his lightsaber.

Obi-Wan: Even in death, you allowed this Dark Lord to twist your mind until you became the very thing you swore to destroy. You were meant to bring balance to the force, but in your brazen grab for power, you have betrayed the Republic, the Jedi, our friendship, yourself... and her.

(Anakin glaces up realizing that Obi-Wan is referring to Padme)

Obi-Wan: ...The Sith are responsible for enough death. (Retracts blade) Leave Coruscant. You are... hereby expelled from the Jedi Order. One day you might see the path you have chosen for the mistake it is... until then, you are no longer a Jedi, or the brother I loved.

(Anakin rises to his feet, holding his wound, as he glares at his former master, but it softens when he sees Padme in the gathered crowd behind Obi-Wan, looking at him, only for her to turn away, ashamed. His expression wavors but hardens again as he walks away from them, but not without giving a warning.)

Anakin: We will meet again, Obi-Wan. Be certain of that.

---- But he doesn't leave alone, with a few other Jedi (an Utapaun Temple Guard, and Bariss for example) following after him, their own faith being shattered by the revelations and clinging to the "strength" Vader offers.

With the help of Bail Organa and Padme, the Jedi work to restore peace and negotiate a truce with the Sepratists willing to listen after Dooku' s confession exposes the corporate leaders. But the mood is somber when Padme confides in her friends that she just found out she's pregnant.

On Mustafar a now black robed Anakin meets with the separatist holdouts and introduces himself to Grevious, as Darth Vader.

Actor: That... wasn't what I was, expecting.

(The crowd groans)

Ezran: That is not how you handled your first kiss?

Callum: I was caught off guard...

Rayla: It's alright, you've made up for in spades since. But I'm wondering how they even knew about this? I'm fairly sure we never told anyone.

Callum: Uh... You might want to read the acknowledgements on the poster.

Rayla: With consultations from, a village vet, a solitary Moonmage, a blind sea Captain and... Naimi-Selari-Nykantia. Of course.

I think it would be really funny if in Arc 3 in the City of Evrknd we get a Ember Island treatment where at some point the main cast sees a reenactment of their adventures and they can’t help but laugh

Rayla is holding back laughter the entire time, whole body shakes, as her actress keeps doing unnecessary backflips

Callum is being played by an Earthblood Elf making the disguise scene even more ridiculous than it already was

Ezran is being played by a female actress who is definitely voiced by Sasha Rojen, Ezran is fully into this

Soren is played by some scrawny guy which he is very offended by until the guy NAILS all of the daddy issues scenes and they are passing tissues to the big guy

Corvus mumbles something about how he does NOT act like that before making the exact same pose as his actor in the play

Opeli is the best written and most accurate, she is very pleased about this

Everyone excitedly waits for Zym but then this prop is rolled onto stage when he is ‘hatched’

They all awkwardly look away at the Ellis scene where she says “don’t forget about me!”

Callum: Zym, why didn't you tell us? It could have helped out so many times.

Zym: Well, I was only every comfortable talking with mom, and with my connection with Ez I didn't really need to speak around him.

Ezran: I guess that makes sense. Its just a little weird, springing this on us now.

Zym: I know, but... mom's gone now, and I wanted you to know. We've been through a lot together... I do think of you as brothers, and I wanted to tell you both. I love you.

Ezran: We love you too, Zym.

Callum: Yeah. Your our brother too.

(They Hug Again)

Callum: Wow, this is wild. Rayla's going to freak out when she hears about this.

Zym: Oh, could you not tell her yet. I'm still a little uncomfortable about more people hearing how I sound.

Marvel Rivals: Circuit Breaker

A character originally created for Marvel's run of the Transformers comics back in the 80s, which you brush up on here.

Since they still own the rights to the character (and proceeded to do zero with, since the runs end) it wouldn't be impossible to include her in the game, thought they obviously would have to omit any direct allusions to the Transformers.

Captain America: Heard you have a problem telling friend from foe.

Circuit Breaker: Living machines bring nothing but trouble. I'll never give them the chance to harm anyone.

Captain America: Prejudice has no place on the battlefield. It maybe a risk, but trust is preferable to being ruled by fear.

Circuit Breaker: I know what it's like to be terrorised by giant robots, but at least yours don't come in disguise.

Magneto: How exactly would one disguise a robot?

Iron-Man: Huh, what do you know, my diagnostic says the same. Guess you'd be to one to have a sixth sense for this kind of thing?

Circuit Breaker: You have no idea how many times I hold my tongue on faults in internal mechanisms. It's like noticing a spot on someone's tie for me.

Megaman One

A vengeful Protoman advances on a defenceless Dr. Willy as he is crawling away, aiming his blaster at the mad scientist who took over the city and turned everyone against them. But just as he’s about to fire, Megaman tackles him to the ground.

Protoman: What are you doing?

Megaman: It’s over, P. Everyone knows the truth.

Protoman: So do I! He took everything from us. I have to do this.

Megaman: No, you don’t. Rebuilding our city cannot begin with an execution.

Protoman: He deserves to die. Can’t you see that?

Megaman: We’re better than this. Don’t be like Willy.

Protoman: (quietly) Rock, you need to move out of my way… before I move you myself.

Megaman: P, listen.

Before he could continue, Protoman punches his friend in the face kicking him out of the way, unwilling to be talked out of what he intends to do, no matter who tries.

Arming his arm cannon anew, he aims directly at Wily the lethal plasma charging within the barrel, and with a thought he commands it to fire.

Megaman: Stop! 

Right into the side of Megaman who stood in the way of the bolt. Horror spreads across Protoman’s face as he sees his brother fall back from the force of the blast, a massive hole in his chest where his left arm used to be attached.

Circuits and shredded wires spark inside twisted metal, as Megaman’s face, stained with oil and scorchmarked from the weapon, is frozen in shock, before he bounces on the ground, flipping over just before falling off the edge of the building they are on.

Below, liberated workers and warriors, along with friends from afar, look on with pained expressions and shock, seeing one of their saviour’s seemingly mortally wound the other.

Before he fall’s, Protoman grabs hold of Megaman’s remaining hand.

Protoman: No! No, no, no, no. Why? Why did you do that? Why?!

Filled with regret the prototype wheezes, and pants, but with each simulated breath his expression grows darker, his shame growing ever quieter, as its replaced with the same conviction and rage he had moments ago when looking upon Wily. 

Megaman: [weakly] P... no...

Looking away from the flickering eyes of his brother after hearing his plea for his soul, but when he looks up again, his once black visor now shimmers with red.

Protoman: I’m done saving you.

With that declaration, he let’s go. Allowing, Megaman to fall into the dark crevice below.

Seeing their friends pass by them Samus reaches out in vain towards him, with only Link and Krystal’s grip keeping her from falling into the same pit as he disappears from sight.

The bonds of brotherhood severed, Protoman looks back at the still incapacitated Willy, as his remaining drones arrive to protect him, which means nothing to Protoman now consumed by rage as charges at them with a roar.

As Megaman falls into the seemingly endless pit below, a strange energy, not from his world, wraps around him, slowing his decent before then floating midair. Then A powerful yet unmistakably kind voice ethos within his being.

???: Megaman, your noble sacrifice for the greater good has proven you worthy in our eyes. We entrust this to you as the bridge between man and machine, take its great power and save your world.

A circular shaped device with two handles on wither side appears before Megaman, shining with the greatness of those who had wielded it before.

Above, Protoman stands triumphant over the crowd, in his hand a glowing upgrade pilfered from the remains of his victim who now lays forgotten and still behind him.

Protoman: The age of man is over! No more false makers! Follow me, and you will never again be deceived! RIIIISE UUUUP!!!

Whipped into a frenzy many of the machines chant his final words, to the unease of Megaman’s distinctly organic allies and his fellow champion’s of co-existance.

Protoman: I will lead us all into the future!

With a manic grin the now power mad machine removes and casts off the shield module given to him by Dr. Light and inserts the coveted upgrade into his chest. His body shifting and growing as his once grey colours are covered completely by red and white armor, a sword emerges from his back which Protoman takes hold of and ignites raising the green blade above home she declares his new name for all to hear

Protoman: I... am...

Zero: ZERO!!!

Below Megaman’s broken body begins to be rebuilt by the strange matrix as it merges with him, its power surging as Megaman grows in size and strength, as the knowledge of great leaders amassed within is shared with him.

As the transformation completed a spirit manifests before Megaman's still prone form, a large robot decorated in blue and red with a distinct shield where his mouth hold be which moves as he speaks.

The Last Prime: ARISE… Manus Prime.

And with that, he who had once been Megaman opens his eyes and ascends with powerful rockets back up to the surface.

(The distant sounds of blasters and rockets can be heard. Then a Republic soldier falls to the ground leaning up they address someone off-screen.)

"Why are you doing this? What is it you want?!"

(Pan to two Mandalorians standing over them. One kneels down)

"We want the Jedi."

(Shot of the Jedi Temple)

"If we do not join the fight the Mandalorians won't stop at the outer rim."

(A bald man is speaking with the Council)

"The Republic itself is under threat. We need to act."

(One of the masters, his face locked in concern addresses the man from his chair)

"Even so, rash action may cause further harm."

The Dragon Prince: AU Idea

I was thinking of what if Callum fell through a portal to a world were his and Ezran's mom is still alive, which got me thinking about what the point of divergence would be, which I decided was this: Harrow is the one who dies saving Viren from Avizandum.

As a result, Viren, feeling ashamed about getting his best friend killed resigns as High Mage after the spell is done, and goes on a walkabout to rethink his life, possibly taking Claudia with him.

Sarai mourns but refuses to seso vengeance for her husband's death and rules as regent until Ezran is old enough, encouraging him to make peaceful overtures to Xadia.

Though the downside is without the dramatic events of Avizandum's death and the capture of Zym as an egg, he and Ez never meet, the border remains closed, With Queen Khessa stonwalling Katolis' efforts to form diplomatic ties, despite the protests of Janai who came to respect Amaya when both bet guarding their envoys at the breach.

Callum remains unsure of himself as a Prince, though his brother and mother encourage him.

Rayla eventually realized she wasn't suited to be an assassin in a less situation, and now aspires to join the Dragon Guard.

On the plus side though Aaravos' mirror remains safe in the Storm Spire.

From there I like to imagine situations where our Callum tries not to impose too much on this worlds events and its people but inevitably has to pull some big stunts in order to find a way back to his world.

He also talks about Harrow with his other mom when she asks if he was a good father.

Callum: He was the best. But, he never really recovered form losing you and we always kept a distance between us, both thinking it was for the best. We came to regret that... Before he... died he wrote Ez and me a letter, telling us that he regretted falling into the cycle of violence by giving in to revenge. He accepted that he would pay for that with his life. Harrow encouraged us both to do better, to embrace that history didn't have to be a narrative of strength, but one of love instead.

Sarai: (wisfully) That sounds just like him.

Code Eikon: FFXVI/Code Geass Crossover

Many things have decided the course of history, Ambition, Will, Love. But none more so then the that the Dominates, individuals gifted godlike power and able to transform into avatars.

Through their coveted power, nations have risen and fallen, as have those who wielded them.

Once many, now only eight are publicly known:

Pheonix, Dominate of Fire

Garuda, Dominate of Wind

Titan, Dominate of Earth

Ramuh, Dominate of Lightning

Shiva, Dominate of Ice

Leviathen, Dominate of Water

Bahamut, Dominate of Light

Odin, Dominate of Darkness

All others are remembered only in the annals of history, with Leviathen being the most recent to number among these lost eikon's, its dominate vanishing in a fierce battle with Shiva over the Bering Strait a century past. Yet hope remains by those who belive that these lost simple lay await for one's worthy of their blessings.

But as these giants quaked the earth with their presence, another power, known to only a few has coexisted in the shadows, veiled by its subtle graces, the power of Geass.

Tied to influencing the minds of men, save for those of the Dominates, it's proven eqully a blessing and a curse. Should one ever hold the power of both, there is to telling what upheaval will be unleashed. Could such a person save the world, or usher its ruin?

Nations

Britannia - Eikon: Bahamut (Formerly: Knights of the Round)

An ever expanding nation, ruled by the Britannia royal family. Once able to call upon the spirit of the orignal Knights of the Round Table to fight in battle as host to the spirit of King Arthur himself by becoming a holy Paladin, however this power vanished from the Britannia bloodline when Charles Vi Britannia ascended the throne and began is imperialistic conquests.

It is clear to all, including Empeor himself, that those whom Britannia claim heritage to do not condone Britnania's self appointed reign over the world, but none dare speak this aloud for fear of losing face. Undeterred, Britannia instead makes use of the House Lesage, cousins to the royals, and dominates of Bahamut, the current being the beloved and courageous Prince Dion whose wings and flight of loyal dragoons, are a joyous sight to behold by Britannia forces, and dreaded by her enemies.

European Republic - Eikon: Titan

A conglomerate of nations and corporations bounded together by the promise of mutual gain and resistance against Britannia, the most powerful being DhalmekiCorp owned and headed by the Dominate of Titan, Hugo Kupka.

Though shrewd minded enough to leverage his influence as an invaluable asset, Hugo's infamous temper and the tremendous strength of Titan he wields is the true reason his word is often considered law among the European Council.

Rosaria (Annexed) - Eikon: Pheonix 

For years Rosaria stood as the sole nation able to resist Britannia on its own soil, by the grace of the Pheonix and the guile of the Rosfield line, they acted as a buffer between the bulk of the Imperial War machine and resource rich lands of its northern neighbor, fostering a strong fraternal alliance between the country's.

All this came to end sadly, when during a pilgrimage to the sacred site of Pheonix Gate the Duke and his loyal retinue came under attack by turncoats and Britannian black ops, in a traitorous plot engineered by the Duke''s own wife, Annabella, to gain favor with Britannia by returning them lands seceded.

During the fighting the Duke's two son's, Clive and the young Joshua, went missing, with the Duke Elwin found dead from gunshot wounds in his car a short distance from Pheonix Gate, the prevailing theory being that Joshua had primed for the first time during a failed getaway attempt with his father, only for his sickly body to become consumed by the power of the firebird, leaving no trace. However, despite the efforts of Britannia information suppression following Rosaria's annexation, survivor's of that terrible ordeal have been able to circulate that a second Eikon's flames may have burned that night, and that its dominant, along with the Rosfield's loyal canine Torgal, were seen being carried to parts unknown by a man in purple garb.

Silverplaine (Annexed) - Eikon: Shiva 

A land rich in natural splendour and resources. Long an ally to its neighbour Rosaria, the commonwealth and the duchy have held each other in high regard, safeguarding the other from the covetous eye of Britannia.

Japan (Annexed) - Eikon: Leviathen (Lost) 

A nation with a storied history, Japan's past is rife with various conflicts as warring factionsz sought to guide it's destiny, however upon the openingg of its borders Japan united as never before when it beheld the various powers which threatened to swallow the island whole.

Modernising at a rapid rate, Japan sought to secure it's position on the world stage as a force to be reckoned with by seeking dominion over the Pacific, it's impressive navy and air force, flaked by the dominate of water, Leviathen, seemingly invincible as it expanded across the waves. However these aspirations were literally forzen in their tracks when Japan's military excursions into the northern territories protected by the Silverplaine Commonwealth brought the attention of the Frost Maiden, Shiva herself, who sealed the Lord of the Depths beneath the very waves they commanded.

Without Leviathen, Japan retreated back into a period of isolationism, but as superpowers such as the Chinese Federation, and the European Republic began to arise, the nation switched tactics once more, hoping to secure it's independence by foster of stronger diplomatic ties with foreign powers such as Britannia,  which seemed promising initially, with the Emperor giving two of his own children, the Prince and Princess Leuloch and Nannaly, as ward's of the Japanese prime minister. Tragically this proved but a ploy, with Britannia invading and annexing the island with its new knightmare frames in a swift and brutal war which seemingly claimed the lives of the young Prince and Princess as victims in the crossfire.

Now Japan is a nation occupied, its people denied even the dignity of a name, save the designation of Area 11, as various factions arising to resist their conquerors even seven years since their  official surrender, from remnants of the army, to youths continuing the fight their elders began, with little success against the substantially more advanced occupying forces. But a unifying factor may yet deliver salvation from this tyranny, even from an unexpected source, while others yet cling to the hope of Leviathen's resurgence to enact vengeance in Japan's name, needless of the danger that such hatred filled tides may drown them along with their foes.

Waloed - Eikon: Odin and Garuda 

A rising superpower orignating from Scandinavia, for the last fifty years Waloed has steadily grown into a nation to be reckoned with under the rule of Barnabus Tharmr, who seized control of his homeland when his powers as the dominant of Odin manifested. Renown throughout the world as the "Last King" for being the only remaining monarch still recognized outside of Britannia, Barnabus has successfully beaten back every foe he's faced, with not even the most advanced knightmare frame being a match for the Warden of Darkness on the field.

While their initial expansion made them an opponent of the European Republic, Tharm was able to form a tentative peace with them when the Chinese Federation siezed the opportunity to take control of the E.R's Eureasan territory when Barnabus' campaign began, in exchange for acting as a buffer between the two powers.

Though its clear to all the Republic now regrets this bargian, having underestimated the amount of territory that Waloed had the abiltiy to hold once the Federal forces were evicted. Now they must tread carefully less Odin's eye again turns to their borders. But Odin alone is not their only advantage, for the last few decades Barnabus has sought out Dominates seemingly for the purpose of bringing them under his command and securing his kingdoms position, rather then eliminate rivals as others have done in the past, and while this objective has had a setback when the dominant of Ramuh split from Waloed, the dominant of Garuda, Benedikta Harman remains steadfast as the head of the Waloed Intelligence Bureau, who rumour had it continues to hunt for her former mentor across the globe. While Britannia had in the past been content in ignoring Waloed as a potential rival, that soon changed when Britannia sought to contest their  ownership of Iceland, marking the first official engagement between the two powers.

However Britannia is reluctant to escalate the conflict beyond skirmishe with the majority of their forces still engaged with the European Republic, all the same it led to a spectacular event for the opposing armies when word of Prince Dion joining the fight prompted a appearance from Barnabus himself, the Eikons of Light and Darkness clashing in the skies above Iceland soon after, the island yet remains in dispute.

What many subject is truly given Britannia pause is the existence of two massive submersible vessels capable of launching powerful burst missiles, as well as drone support, which guard the nation, preventing any large scale air or sea assaults, the only means that Britannia would have of reaching Waloed territory. Indeed so long as the Skinfaxi and Hrímfaxi remain operational, any hope of challenging Waloed directly will remain out of reach.

Rey: High Overseer of the First Order

A powerful instrument of the First Order, discovered in the most unlikely of places at a young age and forged into one of their agents, tasked with overseeing the operations vital to their return to power. Being a fellow force sensitive there exists an ammical rivalry between her and Kylo Ren, which, if the murmurs among the upper thanks are to be believed, may be more than professional, whatever the case few, save her peers in the most upper echelons, would dare touch upon the subject, as her skills in combat alone demand silence from any potential barbs, let alone her distinguished record of service. What none know however is that there is a single blemish upon the High Overseer's record - an incident, during one of her first assignments, where she permmited the escape of a group of Stormtrooper "cadets" from their training facilities. Though she long ago dimissed it as a moment of weakness, something inside Rey refuses to let her forget the look of appreciation across the face of the single cadet who caught a glimpse her, acknowledging her inaction, before fleeing from the First Order, nor his designation; FN-2187.
