Geralt and Lambert realizing that their companions aren't just missing at the same time. Their companions are missing together. Traveling with each other rather than their wolf witchers.

Since when did Jaskier and Aiden know each other? Where could they be going? What were they up to?

Why didn't they invite Geralt and Lambert?!?

As they jointly track down their companions, Lambert suggests that Aiden and Jaskier's trip was...not entirely platonic.

Well, he yells at Geralt for not keeping his bard on a shorter leash. To which Geralt yells back that it wasn't like Lambert had the balls to kiss his cat.

They may have gotten on the road the next morning with new scrapes and bruises.

It all began when someone put a contract out on Jaskier. Which—seriously—who does that? He’s just a bard.

Well… a bard who doesn’t age.

And one who has animals helping him with his chores.

Okay, so maybe “just a bard” is a bit of an understatement. But still, trying to have him killed? Incredibly rude.

Fortunately for Jaskier, the one who picks up the contract is Aiden—a witcher who, thankfully, has zero intention of actually going through with it.

Instead, Jaskier and Aiden decide to join forces to figure out who put a target on Jaskier’s back—and why.

Meanwhile, Geralt and Lambert are on their own mission: tracking down their mysteriously missing companions

Baby Jask not quite getting the change in dynamics from his old home. Sure, he has to do chores now, but his family is so much bigger now! That must mean there's more love!

This tiny kit being so sweet to his fellow trainees. The trainers try to pit him against the other kits, but he just keeps doing...being sweet. Another kit hits him? He offers them a hug. Not enough food for everyone? Team mission to steal extra food.

It's not just the other kits who Jask is sweet to. It becomes a kind of open secret that if you can sigh really loud near Jaskier, he will drop everything to hug you.

Before they know it, the Caravan's atmosphere is completely different. Because of Jaskier's unbreakable kindness.

Any cat that protests *cough cough* Jad Karadin, is swiftly dealt with.

So, when the cats hear that their baby Jask is traveling with a wolf, they have to vet him.

A bunch of feral cats loom over Geralt with their weapons. Meanwhile, Jask is like, "Cats get a bad reputation, but they're really a bunch of sweethearts. They do kill people sometimes. Those people deserved it though."

Suddenly, Jaskier's tolerance for violence and predisposition to befriending witchers makes a lot of sense.

As a child, Jaskier had been given to the Cat witchers. Shortly before he would have gone through the trials, their grasses were destroyed and their ability to make new witchers forever lost.

The Cats release their trainees into the world, encouraging them to make their own way and promising that, should they ever meet a Cat in the future, they will still be a beloved little brother.

Ten years later, Jaskier graduates from Oxenfurt and begins life as a bard. When he meets his first (non Cat) witcher, Jaskier knows enough of witcher politics to conceal his connection to the Cat school, but he still reveres witchers enough to decide to travel with - and publicly praise - this one.

After all, Geralt really IS that noble and protective and kind, even if he does tend to grunt instead of speak.

One day they meet the Dyn Marv caravan...and all hell breaks loose.

Spock has realized he's in love with Captain Kirk. In fact, he's 83 percent sure Jim will return his feelings. Those are pretty good numbers! ....But maybe they could be better?

Thinking about Mudd's Women and how Harry Mudd definitely clocks Spock as not straight.

I wonder what would have happened if Mudd made a bunch of scantily clad Kirks to try and rile Spock up.

I see it going one of two ways:

Spock is outwardly indifferent while inwardly chanting "I'm in control of my emotions".

Spock's attraction to Jim is intrinsically intertwined with the human's fantastic mind, so the scantily clad robots do nothing for him.

(Either way, Jim is FURIOUS at Mudd and kind of disappointed that his body, seemingly, does nothing for Spock)
