Wonder Woman: Death Earth is a DC Black Label book set in a post-nuclear world, so its basically set in a Mad Max/Fallout scenario. Here is an image of Wonder Woman ripping the throat off of some monster.

Concept art for Zach Snyder’s Justice League
On various social media channels, Zach Snyder frequently releases screen shots, concept art and other tid bits concerning his version of Justice League. As shown in this concept art, Wonder Woman was originally supposed to slay Steppenwolf, doing so in a manner that only our girl can.

Cover of LOC #1 (Jan. 1980), art by Frank Miller and Terry Austin
This cover is from a comic book magazine called LOC that published articles on the comic book industry, though pertinent to us is this reimagining of Wonder Woman as a Conan the Barbarian/Red Sonja character.
Though it isn’t canon, this may be the earliest image of Wonder Woman de-necking someone that we know of and it was created by freaking Frank Miller and Terry Austin!

An advertisement I found in my Wonder Woman comic (2019)
I think I’ve made this point before, but according to DC, Superman and Batman’s darkest post crisis moment is being killed/broken whereas Wonder Woman’s is necking Maxwell Lord.
