Consistency is Key!

One thing I see a lot with people practicing affirmations—especially robotic ones—is that they struggle with consistency. Either they don’t repeat them enough, or they end up changing their affirmations every couple of days.
The problem with this is that when people aren’t consistent with their affirmations, they don’t manifest their desires as quickly as they’d like. Sure, there are people who manifest things fast even after only repeating their affirmations once or twice—but this usually depends on their mindset and whether they believe they need to repeat them a lot to bring their desires to life. The same issue pops up for people who keep switching their affirmations all the time.
Think about it: if you truly believe in your affirmations and trust that they’re helping you manifest your desires, why would you feel the need to keep changing them? The reason is that you probably don’t have full confidence in your affirmations. Maybe you feel the words you chose aren’t "strong enough," or you think repeating them just once or twice isn’t enough to make your desires manifest. This doubt actually limits the power of your affirmations because you’re not fully believing in them.
This leads to a toxic cycle: you come up with new affirmations, repeat them for a week or so, then start thinking they’re not strong enough or that you need to find "better" ones - (which is also another issue that I've seen with people practicing affirmations, where they always ALWAYS go for other people's affirmations, because they lack the belief in themselves, therefore they go scoured for any affirmations that were used or recommended by others that they have deemed to be 'more succesful' at manifesting than them).
But this is all coming from a lack of belief in your own ability to manifest and a lack of consistency to stick with what you’ve already chosen. You’re relying too much on what your physical reality shows you, and when you don’t see instant results, you think the affirmations aren’t working and start over from scratch.
Instead of getting stuck in that cycle, try challenging yourself to stick with just one affirmation. Keep it simple and aligned with what you really want. Don’t overthink it—just pick one that feels natural and comfortable to say, in whatever language you’re most comfortable with. The key is that it should make you feel good whenever you repeat it, either out loud or in your mind. Then, the next step is to just keep repeating it—stay consistent and detached from the 3D. Trust that your affirmation is enough and that it will work for you.
Set your intention with your affirmations and commit to them fully. Don’t betray the trust you placed in yourself when you created them. Stick with it, stay confident, and watch how things shift over time.

The Power of Negative Circumstances: How to Turn Them to Your Favor

I totally get how hard it can be to stay on track with your manifestations, especially when something negative or the complete opposite of what you want shows up in your reality. I've been practicing the Law of Assumption for years now, but it wasn't until about two years ago that I really figured out how to handle these "negative" situations. So, today, I want to share how I approach these moments—and how you can actually turn them into something that helps you move closer to your manifestation.

Whenever something comes up that I’d normally consider negative, I assigned positive meanings to it.
And what do I mean by that? Well, instead of seeing it as a setback, I choose to see it as an opportunity. For example, let’s say I’m trying to manifest more money, but then something happens in my reality that makes me spend money—like my laptop or car breaks down. In those moments, I tell myself two main things:
"My old story is aware that my manifestation is near therefore it is trying to get me to believe in my old story rather than the my new story that I have been telling myself for a while."
"This is just a test to see if I can stay consistent with my new story, no matter what happens, or if I’ll fall back into old habits."
I tend to go with the first mindset because it keeps me grounded in the belief that my manifestation is 'near' (I'm referring to its physical materialization, however I am steadfast in my belief that my results and my desires are already present energetically). Both of these ideas help me stay calm and not let fear or worry take over. Instead, I turn that energy into excitement and use it as fuel to speed up my manifestation 'process'.
The whole point of adopting these mindsets is to stay motivated and focused, while also detaching from any negative emotions that pop up. I’ve gotten so used to not seeing challenges as "roadblocks" anymore, but as opportunities to boost my manifestation power. Honestly, now when something that doesn't align with my desires decided to show up in my reality, my mind just automatically goes, "Oh, this is a chance for me to get my results instantly!" and because of that, whatever I want or desires usually pops up immediately after these 'negative' circumstances passed.
Of course, if you’d rather not have any tests or challenges at all, you can always manifest a smooth, easy process where everything just flows without bumps. Whether you want to do that through affirmations, scripting, mirror work, or anything else that feels right for you, it’s totally up to you.

This is going to be a relatively long blog (as if my other blogs are not long lmao) because I’ll be diving into the concepts of energy and matter before we get to the manifestation part. So, make sure you're ready for an insightful journey ahead 💗

Matter and energy are deeply interconnected, and everything in the universe is composed of both. When we break down matter into its most fundamental building blocks—atoms—and then further into subatomic particles, we discover that, at its core, everything is simply energy.
Everything you see, touch, and experience through your five senses—whether it’s the phone in your hand, the laptop you’re typing on, or the table you’re using—has mass and occupies space, which means it is matter. But, as we’ve established, all matter is essentially just energy. These objects may appear solid, but they are made up of atoms packed together in different configurations, with particles vibrating at various frequencies. It just so happens that our senses are calibrated in a way that allows us to interact with them as solid objects.
In the world of matter, the transformation from one state to another often requires energy. For example, to turn liquid water into gas, we must provide energy in the form of heat, which makes the molecules vibrate more intensely, breaking the bonds between hydrogen and oxygen atoms. To reverse the process, we remove the heat, causing the molecules to slow down and transition back into a liquid. This principle holds true on the quantum level as well: by adding energy to the atoms of water molecules, we excite them, enabling the bonds to break and the substance to change its state.
This concept extends to your thoughts and imagination. For them to materialize into your reality, you need to infuse them with energy. How do you do that? You give them your focus and awareness. The more energy you direct toward something—through your thoughts, emotions, or words—the more real it becomes. Essentially, the more attention you give to something, the more energy you provide it, bringing it closer to manifestation.
If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you’re already familiar with my perspective on “seeing results.” Simply put, I believe that if you’ve thought of something, it already exists. In other words, your desired results exist energetically in your mind, which means they also exist in your reality. This is the truth you will need to keep in mind while manifesting your desires.
Why is this important? Because by detaching from the need to see your results immediately in your physical reality, you allow them to manifest effortlessly. When you manifest from a place of belief, rather than fear or need, you align your 3D reality with your inner truth—that your desires are already yours. And if you truly understand that they’re already present in an energetic form, why feel the need to keep searching for them in your external world?
Of course, you can choose to obsessively search for your results in your reality, but doing so only means you’re focusing on their absence, which drains energy from the manifestation process and delays their arrival. There's no need to worry about whether they’re here or not, because, as was discussed in this blog, they already exist energetically. You can either choose to focus on unnecessary worry or embrace the wonderful reality that your results are already on their way.
Remember, manifestation is not about constant striving or obsessing over the results. It’s about recognizing that your desires already exist in the energetic realm and trusting that they will align with your reality. By focusing on belief, detaching from the need to see immediate results, and giving energy to what you truly desire, you allow your desires to materiallize itself effortlessly. Your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are powerful forces, and when you align them with your truth, your desires will naturally unfold. Trust in the process, and know that everything you’ve envisioned is already on its way.

Addressing the misconceptions and misunderstanding in the Manifestation community.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨ Throughout my journey, I’ve noticed that a lot of people twist the basic understanding of manifestation or the laws (whether it be law of attraction or assumption) into something it’s not, sometimes even making it toxic or unhealthy. And honestly, I’ve felt the urge to call it out which is exactly what I'm going in this blog lol. I’ll be addressing some of the most common misconceptions about manifestation, including methods and techniques like subliminals, affirmations, and more. This is going to be a relatively long blog cause I like to yap lol, so buckled up and grab a snack before reading.

You can't manifest anything with a bad self-concept. Not true. You can still manifest what you want even if your self-concept is not where it should be. That said, it’s definitely easier and smoother if you have a solid self-concept—especially if you’re trying to manifest positive things. If you struggle with a negative self-image, you’re more likely to believe the negative stuff you think about yourself, right? It's hard to believe anything positive because you’re so used to thinking badly about yourself. Now, you would also find this that to be truth if you flip it around: someone with a strong self-concept is more likely to believe the positive things they think about themselves. That’s why people often manifest more quickly after they work on improving their self-concept. So, it’s not impossible, but a healthy self-concept will definitely make it easier to manifest your desires.

Healing is not important for your manifestation. I’ve heard this one a lot lately, especially from some new YouTubers and to be honest, this is such a toxic and unhealthy advice to give to people, especially those with traumas because it encourage them to just avoid and ignore their trauma and let it fester in their life.
As I mentioned earlier, having a bad self-concept doesn’t neccessarily equate to not being able to manifest your desires—you definitely can. But it’s going to be an uphill battle if you haven’t dealt with your negative thoughts or traumas, because those will keep popping up throughout your journey. You can go on your manifestation path without doing any healing if that's what you want to do. I’m not here to police you on what you should or should not do. But just know this: your unresolved issues are going to keep coming up throughout your journey until you would finally addressed it. Imagine two paths leading to the same goal—one is filled with bumps, detours, and challenges, while the other is smooth and straightforward. Which one would you choose? Obviously, the easy one, right? The same applies to manifesting. You can absolutely manifest even if you have unresolved traumas, but the 'process' tends to be easier and smoother if you're already healing or have healed from them. That’s why I believe healing is such an important part of your manifestation journey—it helps improve the 'timing' of your results and makes the whole experience flow more seamlessly. 。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨
Manifestation is a process. Nope. Manifestation is always instant. That’s why I put quotation marks around 'process' and 'timing' earlier. The moment you think of something, it already exists. Whether it’s a small or huge manifestation, the energy is already there. I’ll be writing a separate blog on this soon, so I won’t dive too deep into it here.

Drink more water = faster results. This one’s pretty popular, especially with subliminals. I’m not sure where it started, but I know it’s been around for a while even in the early days of subliminals (I was there, and this misconception just spread like wildfire, and still persist till now). Some subliminal creators suggest drinking water to stay hydrated and to take a break because listening to them for long periods might leave you feeling drained or give you a headache. So drinking water is more of an advice with the headache that might comes from listening to the subliminals. On the bright side, this one is not as harmful as the second one and at least it encourage people to stay hydated lol . Plus, you can definitely use the law of assumption to convince yourself that drinking water does help speed things up, but just don't overdo it and drink more than what your body needs cause that could potentially damage your kidneys.

The more you affirm, the faster your results will come. For some people, this is true—affirming can speed up results, but it really depends on your mindset and beliefs. Affirmations work by saturating your mind, helping you change old beliefs to align with your desires. But if you’re affirming out of fear or lack—constantly focusing on the results instead of embracing the new mindset or identity you're trying to build—you won’t see results as fast. Why? Because you’re still holding onto the belief that you’re incomplete without your results. So, you’re essentially affirming out of fear, not out of belief. I'll probably dive deeper into this in another blog because I feel like people often follow trends and methods without considering what truly works for them.

Shifting state as a method. 'State' refers to the mental or emotional condition you embody in order to manifest your desires. For example, 'being broke' is a state, 'being beautiful' is a state, 'being happy' is a state. States aren’t methods. They’re more like the identities you’re currently embodying. Shifting from one state to another, like from 'being broke' to 'being rich', requires using methods to help you transcend the old state and embody a new one. So, no, shifting state isn’t a method but it is the goal of many manifestation techniques.

Negative thoughts kill your results. Nope. It just delays it - the more you think of anything that does not align with your desires, the more delayed your results will 'show up' in your reality. That’s why I’m very careful when talking about negative thoughts, self-concept, and all that. I don’t want to spread toxic positivity and make people feel like they always need to be in a 'high' vibration or happy 24/7 to manifest (I don't believe that you need to be in a higher vibration to manifest your desires, I will probably do a blog on this also). I think people often mistook it as that, because they imagine that if they have their results; they are going to be happy and grateful for it - and so they try to be just that all day long to the extent that it becomes toxic because they are not allowing themselves to express how they truly feel. While yes, of course, you're going to be happy if you have your desired results; but being and acting as the person who have their desires is more about aligning your mindset and perception towards something. For example, if you want to manifest wealth, you need to start thinking and acting like a wealthy person. When a millionaire sees a product priced at $200, they’re not thinking, "That's too expensive, I can’t afford that!" Instead, they’re more likely to think, “Oh, that’s actually pretty cheap.” Now, I’m not saying you should go out and spend money recklessly just because you’ve shifted your perspective. It's not about throwing caution to the wind. What I’m getting at is that by changing your perception of what’s expensive and what’s affordable, you can align yourself with the mindset of abundance. After all, even millionaires are still mindful of their spending; it’s just that their idea of value is different. The key here is to adopt that perspective andd familiarize yourself with it, not to act impulsively. At its core, money is just energy, and you need to tap into that frequency to align with it. 。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨ That’s all the misconceptions I could think of for now. Of course, these are just my personal opinions, and you might agree or disagree—and that’s totally fine. My aim with this blog isn’t to tell you what to believe, but to share a perspective that could be helpful on your journey. Why Some of You Aren't Seeing Results.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨
There is a pattern in the manifestation and subliminal community (mentioning subliminals here since I'm part of that community, and it usually is the gateway that people go through before diving in deep into the manifestation community): people tend to jump from one trending technique or subliminal to another, hoping for quick results, sometimes within days, hours, or even minutes. While exploring different methods and experimenting with new subliminals is perfectly fine – and can even be fun – there’s a difference between casually trying new things and constantly hopping from one to another out of fear and desperation because you haven't seen results after just a few days. If you’re doing this, I can assure you: no matter how many methods you try, you won’t get your desired results.
You tried every methods or techniques that have been brought up to your attention, and whenever someone said "Oh, here's the ACTUAL way to manifest and THIS is the way to get your results instantly" you instantly switched up and pick up another new method to try.
What needs to change is not the methods, what needs to change is YOU.
What does it tells you when you see someone bouncing between methods, blaming the technique or the subliminal for their lack of results?
It tells you that the person lack commitment — the inability to stick with one method and see it through. It tells you that they don’t trust their own power to manifest, so they keep searching for someone else’s approach, hoping it will work for them. It tells you that they lack trust in their own abilities, leading them to rely on "gimmicks" to see if they can get results. It tells you that the person lack accoutability to actually see the core issue of it all which is them using these techniques and subliminals as a crutch - They blame the methods when their manifestations don’t materialize, not realizing that manifestation always works. The only reason it’s not working is because they don’t truly believe it will.
You go on a binge, searching for the next video on manifestation, searching on the next 'perfect' techniques, searching on the next 'magic' subliminals. You told yourself "Well, a lot of people got results from this. And I've been trying this other method for a week and it's not working so let's try this one." You never took responsibility on your lack of commitment because it is so much easier to blame it on the external factors rather than looking inwards.
You might tell yourself that you’re just gathering more information or learning more about the process, but deep down, you know you’re not in a constant state of learning — you’re in a constant state of insecurity. You think you haven’t found the right technique yet, so you keep searching for it. You feel like you don’t know enough, so you search for more. It’s always about “more, more, more” and never about realizing that you already know enough. You understand the law of assumption and how manifestation works. Yet, when you don’t see results after just a few days or a week, you start to doubt the law or the methods, thinking they must be wrong.
But here’s the thing — it’s not the law or the methods that are wrong. What’s wrong is the insecurity that keeps you from trusting your own power. You search for external explanations, not realizing that your own lack of belief and trust in yourself; is what holding you back.
How long are you going to keep jumping from one technique to the next and giving up after only a few days? You've already tried the inconsistent approach, and it hasn’t worked, has it? Isn’t it time to try something different? Isn’t it time to stop relying on external solutions and start taking responsibility for your own manifestations? It’s time to get disciplined, to commit to one method, and to trust that it will work for you. Aren’t you tired of going in circles, falling into the same toxic cycle over and over again?
It’s time to try something different. Try being consistent. Try trusting the process. Try trusting yourself.
The magic isn’t in the method — it’s in you.
When you finally stop searching for the next best thing and start believing that you already have everything you need, your manifestations will begin to flow. You've got what it takes — now it's time to trust that and take the next step forward.

A Little Encouragement for Those Feeling Like Giving Up

i know that you're tired, I know that you're exhausted. I know that you're wondering when will it happened.
But you are so close that it would be such a shame for you to just give up now. In fact I would argued that your results are already here energetically, all you need to do is maintain that energy and consistenly acknowledged that you already have what you want or desire.
Take a breather, or a rest - do whatever you need to do to heal your body and soul, but know that your desires are here in the present moment waiting for you.
They're waiting for you to feel worthy enough of them, for you to feel like you truly deserved them, and for you to not give up on yourself. So when you're done resting, pick yourself back up and start be consistent with your manifestation. You owe it to yourself to be consistent, to be disciplined, and to be responsible with your manifestation, and you owe it to yourself not to give up - Why? Because you deserve every desires and everything that you want. You deserve the happiness, the fulfillment, and the satisfaction it brings.
You’ve already come so far, and the finish line is in sight. Trust in yourself and the process, and keep moving forward. You have everything it takes to manifest your dreams. Rest when needed, but don’t lose sight of your worth and your power. Keep going, because you truly deserve all the abundance, joy, and fulfillment that’s coming your way.
Take care of yourself, and when you’re ready, step back into your journey with renewed strength and purpose. You've got this!

Normalizing Your Desires

I've been part of this community for quite some time now, and one thing I’ve consistently noticed is that people tend to place their desires on a pedestal. They often don't realize that by doing so, they are unintentionally idolizing their desires, making them feel distant or unattainable. It’s always a shame to see them give up after struggling so much to "climb" the ladders or stairs they've set for themselves, only to reach for something that feels beyond their grasp.
So here’s the key point I want you to understand: STOP PUTTING YOUR DESIRES ON A PEDESTAL!
I know, I know—it’s tempting to place your desires higher up, to make them feel bigger and more significant. After all, they represent your ideals, your goals, and the things that drive you. It’s easy to elevate them because they symbolize everything you long for. But by putting them on a pedestal, you're inadvertently blocking them from flowing to you. In fact, you're likely delaying their physical manifestation by quite a bit. Why? Because when you see them as something that’s "out of reach," you're treating them like 'Gods' that are somehow above you, making it feel nearly impossible for you to attain them.
While it’s still possible to manifest your desires even if you're idolizing them, it becomes a much smoother, faster, and easier process (and I say "process" in quotes because I truly believe manifestation is instant, not a drawn-out process) when you simply normalize them. See your desires as something that is as natural and accessible as anything else in your life. Put them on the same level as you, because in truth, they already are.
Think about it this way: A billionaire doesn’t look at thousands of dollars and think, "That’s impossible for me to get." Why? Because he already has more than that. To him, thousands of dollars is just another ordinary part of his life—it's nothing special. It's the same concept with your desires.
Another example is your phone. You’re holding it right now, aren’t you? Would you ever look at it and think, "Wow, it’s impossible for me to have this phone"? Of course not. Why? Because you already have it. It's in your hands, right?
The same apply to all of your desires.
I don't care how crazy or how 'big' your desires are (I don't like to use the word 'big manifestation' because there's no such thing as 'big manifestation' in my dictionary) - you need to see it as something that is so easy and achievable in order for you to achieve it.
The key is to change your perspective. Treat your desires as normal, everyday occurrences, and in doing so, you’ll see them materialize more effortlessly.

Stop obsessing over your 3D.

I’m tired of seeing people endlessly repeat the same negativity on social media, constantly complaining about not seeing their desired results. It’s always the same thing:
“I believe in this, but I still haven’t seen it manifest in my life.”
“I did everything they told me to do, but why aren’t the results showing?”
“I’ve tried so many methods and subliminals, but nothing’s working!”
“I’ve been at this for months/years, and I’m exhausted—when will the results come?”
This is the reason why you don't have your results yet.
Why are you so eager and so dependent on the 3D? Why are you so desperate for the results, as if they hold more power than you? Why are you giving away so much of your energy to outcomes that will come effortlessly—if only you stop complaining and start embodying your power? Why is there such a lack of belief in yourself when you’ve already claimed that you are the creator of your own reality?
You say you’re a master manifester and that you control your reality, but all I see is someone who’s a slave to their circumstances. You’ve let your reality, the 3D, control you—when it should be the other way around.
If you truly believe you're a master manifester, then start acting like one. If you believe you're the only one who can shape your life, then start acting like it. If you truly believe you are the creator of your reality, then START ACTING LIKE IT.
Before your favourite product was being produced and being sold at shops, someone had to thought of it before creating it into their reality. Everything is an idea before it becomes a physical reality. And if you understand this, then why is it hard for you to believe that your desires is coming and as a matter of fact, is already here, present in your reality? It is just waiting for you to realize that it is in fact present in order for it to be physical in your reality. It needs your awareness and your unwavering belief as energy that it could use in order to further materialize itself in your life. You results needs you, not the other way around.
You thinking "oh, it's not working" or "I don't see my desired results" is just going to delay it further. This mindset is the exact reason why you haven’t seen results yet.

"To be is to be perceive."
The law of assumptions states it clearly - "whatever you assumed to be the truth is the truth."
If you think or assumed that your results is not here yet, then that is the truth. If you think or assumed it is not working, then it is not working.
So, if you want your results. Then, start assuming the opposite. Start assuming and knowing that your results are here, that everything always works out in your favour - start acknowledging your desires that are already present in your life.
You validate your results, not your results validating you.
And don't just do this a few times before giving up again and telling yourself that it's impossible - you are just going to start the same toxic cycle that just rendered you powerless and miserable. Start detaching from the need to see your results in reality. Start knowing that your results are already here even if you can't see it physically now. When you feel doubt or fear creeping in, address it. Work on your self-concept and affirm against it (or do whatever manifestation techniques that work for you).
Start to truly believe in yourself and your power, because if you don't who else will? Imagine you’re sick and go to the hospital to see a doctor. The doctor gives you a diagnosis, prescribes medication, and everything seems normal. But then, at the end, the doctor suddenly asks, “Is this diagnosis correct? Am I doing the right thing? Did I prescribe the correct medicine?” Would you feel confident going back to that doctor if you got sick again? Of course not!
The same principle applies to your manifestation. If you keep doubting yourself and your manifestation - then your desires are going to doubt you too. Your brain and subconscious are going to doubt you: “Do they really have this, or not? They keep saying they do, but then they backtrack and say they don’t—I guess it's a lie then whenever they said that they already have it.”
So stop complaining that it is not working, etc - and start being; it is time for you to reclaim your power and truly be the creator of your life ✨

Manifestation techniques #1: Water technique 💧

This technique is by no means, a new one nor do I claimed that I was the one created this technique. I’ve seen countless people share similar methods, with slight variations, across many social media platforms. It’s a concept that’s been around and shared by many.
I first encountered a version of this technique sometime between 2020 and 2021 (I can’t remember exactly when) while watching a tarot reading video on YouTube. The tarot reader suggested placing a water bottle by the window during a full moon to harness its energy for manifestation. This idea immediately reminded me of a lecture I attended around 2016-2017, where the speaker (whose credentials and name I completely forgot lmao) talked about Dr. Emoto’s research on water molecules.
For those interested, I’ll also share a link to Dr. Emoto’s full study below:
The water research, combined with various religious practices involving the 'blessing of water'—such as baptisms in Christianity and ruqyah with water in Islam—motivated me to try the water method for myself. In this post, I’ll be discussing the technique, along with my personal experiences and the results I achieved using these methods.

Dr.Emoto found that water exposed to different types of stimuli, such as positive or negative words, music, and even human thoughts, resulted in distinct crystal formations.
Positive Influence: When water was exposed to positive words, music or thoughts (like “love,” “gratitude,” or “peace”), the resulting ice crystals formed beautiful, symmetrical patterns.
Negative Influence: When water was exposed to negative words, music or thoughts (like “hate,” “angry,” or “evil”), the crystals were chaotic, disordered, and ugly.
In short, Dr. Emoto’s work on water suggests that our thoughts, words, and emotions can influence the molecular structure of water, and by extension, potentially impact our physical and emotional well-being.
Note: There are criticism against Dr.Emoto's work on water, mainly for its lack of replicability and control that failed to meet the scientific standards. Since I want this blog to focus on the techniques rather than his study (which is only meant to support and explain my beliefs), I’ll link to a Google Doc that may help those who are more logical or have difficulty overlooking the criticisms of his research.

Both Emoto’s study and various religious practices suggest that words have a noticeable effect on water. Based on this, we can apply it to our manifestation practices.
There are 2 ways of doing this method:
The Affirmation way.
Write down your affirmations, either on paper or in your phone’s notes. I recommend focusing on 3 or fewer goals at a time. You can do more, but it will take much longer, so unless you have plenty of free time, I’d suggest keeping it to 3.
Grab a bottle of water and open the lid.
Read your affirmations aloud, making sure you’re close to the bottle.
Once you’ve finished, close the lid, and make sure the bottle is kept away from anything you consider as negative influence.
The water now 'holds' your affirmations, and you can drink it at any time to help manifest your desires!
Tip: I personally like to use a large bottle for this method, storing it in the fridge for about 3 days. I cover it with cloth to prevent mold or algae from forming, and I always close the lid after drinking. This way, I don’t have to repeat the process daily to avoid it feeling like a chore that I had to do.
The Subliminal way.
Choose your favorite subliminal or playlist and play it near your water. I recommend choosing subliminals that don’t have music, as some songs have lyrics that can carry negative connotations that could adversely affect the water’s molecules.
Make sure the volume is loud enough, or that your device is close enough for the affirmations to be 'absorbed' by the water.
After the subliminal or playlist finishes, close the lid or let it play on loop for however long you want.
This method is really convenient because you can let the subliminals run while you’re doing other things. If you have a long playlist, consider following the big bottle tip I mentioned earlier.
It's up to you whether you want to do the 1st or the 2nd method or both. It's just depends on which one is more suitable for your current lifestyle and schedule.

My Experiences & Results:
Grades: I used this method to manifest better grades and ended up with straight As for two semesters in a row.
Clear Skin: I was able to maintain relatively clear skin for a whole year! While I did get a few small pimples, they were barely noticeable and only popped up a couple of times during the year. This was a huge improvement, considering I usually dealt with painful cystic acne every month.
Love Life: After breaking up with my ex, I manifested a guy who was exactly as described in my affirmations. We've been happily together for 4 years now 💗
Free Stuff: I didn’t specifically affirm for free stuff, but I think it might have been in a subliminal from an old playlist I used to play for this method. Several brands sent me duplicate items I had ordered, or even extra items I hadn't requested but found useful at the time. Sometimes this happened by mistake (which they did informed me to just keep it after I told them about the mix up), and other times as an apology for delays. Either way, I usually ended up with more than what I paid for!
Money: Because of my academic success, some lecturers gifted me with free stationery, food and money. Even my family started giving me money randomly, even though I never asked for it.
I stopped doing this method after about a year because my schedule became pretty hectic, but I have to say—it helped me manifest many of my desires and was a fun, fulfilling process!

Tough Love: Take Responsibility & Be Consistent!

It's time to take responsibility for your manifestations.
You want to manifest money, but you keep telling yourself you're broke and complaining about how you never have enough for anything.
You want to manifest beauty, but you constantly put yourself down, calling yourself ugly every time you look in the mirror.
You want to manifest better grades, but you keep calling yourself stupid or dumb every time you make a mistake.
You want to create your dream life, but you're still stuck in the past, complaining about how things used to be.
If you truly want to manifest your desired life, you need to stop this. Stop putting yourself down and start being more disciplined and mindful with your thoughts and words.
Instead of talking about being broke, start telling yourself how you're going to buy everything on your wishlist because you have an abundance of money.
Instead of calling yourself ugly, start acknowledging how beautiful you are and point out the features you love about yourself.
Instead of complaining when things don’t go your way, start affirming how everything in your life is perfect and that everything is always working out for you.
"But I don't have the time and energy to be disciplined about every single thoughts and about my words."
But you have the time and energy to complain? You have the time and energy to put yourself down again and again?
If you're tired of living a life that doesn’t fulfill you, then something needs to change. Enough is enough. You don’t have to keep living in a way that doesn’t bring you happiness.
Start taking responsibility and start aligning your words and thoughts to your desires, and STAY CONSISTENT WITH IT. Don't just try for 1 day or a week, and then immediately give up and go back to your old ways of thinking just because you haven't seen any results that you want.
If you already had everything you desired, would you be obsessing over it every single day, wondering if it’s going to show up? No. Why? Because you know it’s yours.
Think about it: If you’ve always had brown eyes, would you keep checking the mirror every minute to see if they’re still brown? Of course not. You know they are, and you always have. The same goes for your desires. When you stay consistent with your thoughts, words, and actions, there’s no need to keep checking if they’ve shown up yet because you already know they are coming. You already have them.
Imagine you’ve spent the whole week affirming how tall you are. But then, you look in the mirror and say, “Ugh, why am I so short?” Your brain is going to get confused. You’ve been affirming one thing and contradicting it with your words and beliefs. This inconsistency will only slow down your manifestations.
Remember: You are the creator of your reality. You decide what’s real or not in your 3D world. If you keep affirming the opposite of what you want, that’s what will show up.
So, get disciplined and stay consistent with your thoughts, words, and actions. And watch as your desires start to manifest into your life. ✨
