I was on TikTok and I saw an edit of Effy and Sid kissing in bed by jenomtva and I’m trying to figure out if it’s ai or not. She was saying it’s a real unseen bit and everyone accused her of making it ai and the creator turned off her comments. Can you please watch the video and see if it’s ai? It’s so weird
I've been doing this for too long, I knew where it came from even before I watched the video 😭. It's a real Unseen Skins episode from series 2 called "Tony's Nightmare".
Edit to add: it's definitely a weird clip, but it's on purpose since it's supposed to be a nightmare.

How to eat less at dinners
Here's my trick to eating less during dinners at home. First, make sure you're serving yourself your own meals. And first give yourself how much food you'd like to eat ideally (eg. 50 grams). Then you want to add an additionally 25 grams to your plate. SPREAD OUT THE FOOD ON YOUR PLATE! I can't say this enough, spreading your food out will make it look like your eating a lot more than you acc are. While everyone one is eating, divide the food on your plate with what you are acc going to eat. Eat your food slowly, chewing at least 30 times, and please savour the food you're eating. Because you don't know when the next time you're going to eat.

I literally got into so much trouble today because I woke up super late missing breakfast. So when I woke up which was right before lunch I downed 2 glasses of water. My family has lunch all together, and usually dinner. So not fasting is super difficult for me to do without everyone noticing. But for lunch, I make sure that I always that I serve the dishes. This way I can give myself the least amount of food possible. The first entree was soup, so I gave myself one spoon and spread out the food in the bowl so it looks like there is more that they think. I ate super slowly, making sure if I had to chew; I was chewing 30 times in each bite. Then when I went to go get "seconds" I just dumped the soup back into the pot. In total, I only had 5 spoons of soup
