Ahhh, here it is after all these years!

I find it funny that people are concerned about explaining weird or nerdy shows to their friends or family. When I very much didn't, in fact, when I was a kid, my mom made me take a photo in front of a tardis. I was very confused and asked her why I was doing this, and all she said was, "You'll understand." Basically saying,"You too will become a nerd. I just know it." I find that wonderful.

Honestly, the plot point with the key was the weirdest part of that movie.

I mean, instead of something cool, Ethan just goes to a store and buys glue??!?! But the entity sees him and starts controlling the machines there-to the point that the store owner calls the police on Ethan, which, of course, creates a case scene that ends with Ethan jumping off a cliff on the back of a horse he later names Peacebreaker... but yeah, I agree with the 6/10 for Mission Impossible: Eternal Harmony.

had a dream on sunday night that mission impossible 8 came out and it was called mission impossible: eternal harmony which even in the dream i recognises as an insane title (i originally misheard it as early harbour which at least made the vaguest sense if you consider there's a submarine. anywho)

in the film ethan dropped the key on the floor and it broke so he had to pick it up and put it back together. this was a major plot point

also ilsa was alive and in the film from the beginning and they never acknowledged the fact that she was supposed to be dead. it took me until halfway through to go. hang on. how is ilsa here?

anyway 6/10. looking forward to mission 9
