Friendship is Magic? More like Friendship is creating inconveniences so that the person you want to befriend will be forced to spend time with you. What acronym would that be? "FICISTTPYWTBWBFTSTWY"? (lol jk they're cute af) And it's finished! I managed to finish it in time, kind of proud of myself since I've been a bit occupied with other work. c: Now from this point on I have officially run out of pages, so this will no longer be a weekly thing! At least for a while. We're like two thirds through chapter 1 (ish), and the last third will need a little time to be made. I realized making one page per week to meet a deadline each sunday is way too stressful, so I'd rather work ahead and make the rest ahead of time. What happens with chapter 2 is still up in the air, we'll see how I think at that point and how I feel like uploading those. I'll keep you entertained with extra side-content, such as reference sheets, more lore stuff, backstories, general AU history like with GAIA, the alicorns, the draconequi, and a buncha teasers. But either way, thanks for reading up until this point! I don't know how long the pause will be, but it's not gone forever, just on a little hiatus. :P

I goofed a little and forgot to upload, again. I really need to start scheduling my posts. -_- I HAD it completed on saturday so I DID meet the deadline I swear! But page 43 will be the last page for a while. We'll see if I can meet that deadline, I got a lot of stuff I have to draw for a school project that is taking up my time. I also have a fat headache and cramps so I'm keeping this short.

Aww man. (Missing a train or any kind of transport is awful though, I can relate to the feeling, Featherfall) Told you I could finish it in time >:)  I don't know how quickly I'll be able to finish page 42 though. I'll try to aim for next sunday, no guarantees but I'll do my best! If it can't be done for whatever reason, I'll keep you updated on my status updates on Deviantart. There's also another change in scenery (thank the stars)! I was getting a bit tired of drawing so many books. I struggled with the scenery in the last panel but I think it turned out at least decent. Looks a little anime-ish honestly.

Featherfallyouclumsyidiot- SIKE hahaaa I managed to finish page 41 just in time! So there's one more page coming after this one, and if I'm not too occupied, I'll be able to finish the final two pages for this little "arc" in Ponyville. On page 44 there's a big change in scenery, but I'm thinking I might put the uploading on hold by then so I have some time to work ahead on the pages. They take a long time to make unfortunately (or, well, FORTUNATELY for you since they're extra pretty lol) It'll also be a nicely timed break between the scenes. So yeah, heads up for that. c:

Ruby Cube: The queen of jumpscares. The (not so) mysterious character was, you guessed it, Cipher Rune! I uploaded a ref sheet of him a while back but other than that I haven't really shown anything abou him previously. He went through a name change and a big design change so he's been completely rewritten, haha. his is also the second to last page that I have prepared... it's kind of sad actually, but also perfectly timed for 2020 (which is literally less than two weeks away, what the fu-)

It was such a loud thud that Peppermint in the background lost his cutiemark out of fear. Forgot to upload this yesterday, super sorry, as I said last week I've been distracted with more schoolwork RIGHT when I thought I was finished with all the urgent stuff. It sucks, but it is what it is In the mean time, we're getting introduced to a new character! Who could the mysterious orange glow be from?  (those who have kept up with the ref sheets might know hahah)

"Looks important" he says, as it is on the shelf with the side cover facing the wall. Since it was my birthday this saturday and I've been budy celebrating with family and friends I'm a little bit stressed out over schoolwork, we only have two weeks left of school before christmas break and we've got a handful of assignments, so I might go a bit MIA for a while until I've got things under control. I get easily stressed so I have to relieve as much pressure as possible so that I can do my schoolwork properly, which means I might slack a bit on art uploads for the next couple weeks. But I'll be back shortly, and plus I'll still upload these pages each week! There's only 3 pages left after this once that I've finished (I got future pages sketched out but they're nowhere near complete lol) which is just in time for new year. :P

Don't be so pessimistic Featherfall, I'm sure you'll find.... a book. Maybe not the book, but A book. Pretty lil' library! One of my first experiments with drawing a room on my own. With references of course, but still... I figured that now that Twilight's castle is no longer inhabited by Twilight, they'd probably want to turn it into some kind of study hall for the school or some kind of monument of Equestria, rather than making it a public library for all of Ponyville. Starlight still lives there too, so making her "house" open for the public would be strange. Plus she's the principal of the school now so it sorta makes sense. So instead Twilight insisted on opening a new library in the center of Ponyville where books from all around the kingdoms would be collected and be accessible. Twilight of course donates some of her own books every now and then to this library to help encourage ponies to grab a book or two every now and then.

We're going on a trip, in our favorite rocketsh- I mean library. To our favorite library. Getting a new setting next page, yay! Since I finally watched the MLP finale and I'm finally caught up, there's a handful of minor things I'd like to rewrite and such for this comic. They're background things so it doesn't really matter to the story at all, but still. I'll explain more next page though, about things like the library and some other small stuff.

Uh-oh. I'm running out of pages because they're taking a long time to make unfortunately, so once they run out you're gonna have to wait a while before any new ones come out. It was a good experiment to see how it felt like to upload them all once per week. But in the future they'll probably just come out whenever the next page is ready. But I'm working on more content surrounding this AU to keep you updated, so it's not like it'll just disappear! I've been doing some brainstorming recently ;)

When I said I abused the Blur tool, I meant it lmao. But at least it looks nice ^v^ We're getting a little more lore now, as the general introduction to the setting is slowly toning down. There's a lot more to explore for sure, but for now it's starting to pick up a little more story bits and pieces. I've written and re-written the plot over and over to make sure the pacing is at least half-decent, I dunno if it IS since I'm not a writer at all, but hey. I'M DOING MY BEST

They're picky because they're picked hueheuehu We're getting a lot more detailed background for the next few pages, partly because I had a lot of free time and inspiration when making them, and partly because this is where I started using the Blur tool to abuse the depth of field effect, lmao. I actually think this is probably THE best looking page I've made so far. I'm also back from Cyprus! I missed the grey, dreary, cold Sweden, despite it kinda looking like a half-frozen soggy dump during autumn. But, it also snowed slightly today! It melted instantly of course, but it's still nice to see.

Doing an early upload on this one about a day in advance, since I’ll be going on holidays to Cyprus for a week which means I won’t have my computer with me!

 I know I can upload via my phone, but last time I did that it absolutely butchered the quality. So I’m uploading this now like 20 mintues before leaving for the airport while I still have access to my computer lol

Plot twist: He has mane extentions. Hey guess what, I forgot to upload this yesterday, I'm not even gonna apologize for it anymore, it's just common at this point skdjskdjksjd Nah I'm genuinely sorry, I was just distracted by other stuff. But hey, this is the first page done on my pen display, thus marking a new better-looking era of this damn comic c:< And plus, now the dialogue will be typed and not written by hand, making it so much easier to read. The signature in the corner will remain the same still cause I'm lazy and can't bother to go back and change it, but I don't think anyone minds

So... many... hats. We getting some actual housing drawn by me bois c: all the other backgrounds were screenshots from the cartoon. I've also discovered a few of the Deviantart MLP groups that I've been submitting these pages to are actually dead groups and they haven't accepted any of my submissions for like a year. GREAT (now that i think about it i should probably clear out my groups since I'm suspecting a lot of them are pretty dead, groups on dA drop like flies lol.)
