Head Members of The Seidan Resistance:
Darrius:
The main organizer & lead strategist of the Seidan Resistance. Although his methods of recruitment are sometimes questionable, he is usually successful. He is bent on exposing what is behind Seido’s flawless facade as well as dismantling it, which has become a huge undertaking. His skills not only lie in kombat, he is also an artful technician, especially when it comes to small & intricate devices.
The public often avoids Darrius, knowing that he is a dangerous, yet persuasive criminal, however, he always manages to evade authorities. Despite all of this, he also seems to have a habit of showing up in odd places at opportune moments.
He is also interested in finding out more about Seido's distant polytheist past, due to the constant omission & destruction of ancient records by authorities. However, he prefers to be more covert about it, due to it not really being useful to the Resistance.
Havik:
He met Darrius back when he was but a meager slave named Dairou. Wanting to stay out of trouble, Dairou normally avoided or ignored Darrius. However, a sudden incident landed him in a detention center -one in which Darrius was conveniently employed at. They spent days commiserating with one-another. Then, they eventually came to an agreement; Darrius can relocate the Resistance’s base of operations near the slave villages IF the Resistance promises to protect the slaves, as they often fall victim to kidnappers, traffickers, & other upper-class delinquents.
Dairou also became an informant after suddenly being hired as a manservant for General Hotaru - turning an unfortunate setback into an advantage.
Many years later, Dairou was finally released, & he immediately reunited with Darrius & requested that he go by a different name; ‘Havik’. As Havik, he works alongside Darrius as his right-hand man.
Basma:
The vehicle specialist and an organizer of the Resistance. She often acts as a ‘leader’ whenever Darrius is preoccupied. Despite her firm disposition, she has a natural ‘warmth’ that makes others seem very comfortable around her.
Mateo:
A former field physician, who currently works as the ‘medic’ of the Resistance. Unfortunately, his breathing had become impaired due to being exposed to gasses used by the guardsmen during a riot. His injury prevents him from joining in any kombat, so he usually stays at the base, preparing spaces for any potential wounded.
Volya:
A Scout formerly from the Working class, who descended to the ‘invalid’ class after a severe ‘work-related injury’. She is also Darrius’ neighbor in an apartment building in the Yellow District. Darrius was the only one who would listen to her vent her frustrations after losing her job & thus, the ability to support herself. After befriending Darrius, she agreed to join the Resistance.
Navid:
A messenger & Scout in the Resistance. He is a fearless & inquisitive Seidan canine. His ‘breed’, however, is often hunted down & eradicated as part of Seido’s strict ‘pest control’. The Resistance recognizes his intelligence & treats him as they would any other member.
Charron:
The main informant. They are from the ‘invalid’ class due to having poor eyesight (Even though they already had one eye removed, their remaining eye isn’t doing much better.) They are also very good at rallying other ‘invalids’ in the Resistance. Charron has a rather amiable disposition, causing others to regard them as more ‘innocent’ compared to their companions, however, they have just as much guile as the other rebels.
Kuwat:
The weapon specialist of the Resistance. He knows how to use almost any kind of weapon & is often the one who decides which weapon is most suitable for a fighter depending on their own abilities. However, he couldn’t decide which one would suit Havik the most (but that decision would eventually be made by Havik himself).
Ghott:
A self-proclaimed mercenary. A man of few words, he prefers to back others up whenever things get difficult. He is usually seen alongside Kuwat, who likes to modify & rig his hook to various weapons. Ghott’s injuries were the result of extensive torture by authorities. He is one of few who survived & were able to return to society in a much lower class.
Liri:
The newest addition to the Resistance. She is a former slave, like Havik. Havik was very pleased to learn that his fellow slaves - who were always meek & submissive, started joining the Resistance, even in his absence. Though she is still quite new to life in the Resistance, she is tough & brazen enough to keep pushing herself forward. She is very successful when it comes to rallying & recruiting fellow slaves.

Vorpax
-A character originally from the TV show Mortal Kombat: Conquest (1998)
In MK1, @biiguru & I decided to make her a human-Kytinn hybrid who works for a traveling Sideshow (The same one that hired Syzoth/Reptile)
She befriended Reptile & helped him out with her knowledge around Outworld.
She also warned him about Shang Tsung (but unfortunately, things were already set-in-motion at that time).
