This summer has been really wonderful.

For our last spring break as undergraduates, we semi-spontaneously made a trip to DC/Bethesda to see the Grand Budapest Hotel, visited a great friend and her family, and explored historic Fredericksburg. The nights were filled with talks about the future. Fears and realizations, but most of all certainty.

Having a small hand in teaching students to create these crystals, but an enormous amount of satisfactory results.

Today I shot the moon for the first time. It was a lot easier than I expected. The trial pictures along the way turned out rather interesting as well.
