Restricting 900 cals for 5 days To hopefully breakout of this binge purge cycle,

when not in this cycle I normally average 500 cals so I feel like 900 is reasonable, I know some people say 1200 cals to stop the cycle but that number makes me sick and I would feel like a pig, what do you guys think, I'm pretty active so I burn a decent amount of cals and still technically in a deficit, I still will fast at least 16 hours
So wish me luck I will update you guys after the 5 days. Stay safe

Day 4 7/8/22
Repeat day I had personal things going on and been binging and purging, but I'm back to continue this diet

(Kinda scared to weigh myself so I will weigh myself Sunday morning)

Breakfast- nothing (0 cals)
Lunch- sparkling ice + caffeine blue raspberry can, kiwi strawberry sparkling water (10 cals)
Dinner- 3/4 smoothie king angle food slim smoothie with extra stuff, 1/2 marketside chicken noodle soup (293 cals)
Snack- sugar free gum (5 cals)

Total cals- 308
Exercise- 124 cals burned (30 min walk)
Net- 184

Thoughts- today was pretty easy I started fasting on Thursday 6 o clock and didn't even have the smoothie till 8 on Friday, I wasn't gonna get a smoothie but my mom got me one thank God it was low cal either way I didn't finish it.
I found marketside chicken noodle soup at Walmart it was only 180 cals I only ate half it was really good would recommend, I kept myself distracted by writing low food and recipes.
Everytime I was craving something I wrote it down and when I have a cheat day I might allow myself to have it
but that all for today I update tomorrow

Lunch- fruit and chicken breast with bbq sauce (414 cals)
Dinner- zucchini noodles with Alfredo sauce and cauliflower rice bowl with veggies and a sprite zero(164 cals)

Workout- 305 cals burned 35 mins walking and 20 min hiit
Net cals- 273

Thoughts- this morning was a little hard like yesterday but it got easier did go 3 cals over tho, dinner was great and very low cal and filling, little sad I didn't have enough cals for my chocolate almond milk and watermelon it's like my little snack every night and helps me not binge knowing I get to have that at the end of the day. Tomorrow is 4th of July so hopefully I don't get tempted with food, see you guys tomorrow

Workout- 325 cals burned walking 30 min, 20 min HIIT

Thoughts- the first half of the day was a little hard, but after that it was a breeze. I love chocolate almond milk kinda sad I won't have tomorrow trying to save cals, see you guys tomorrow

Thoughts- pretty easy today, the chicken zucchini bowl was so good it's kinda hard to tell but the bowl was pretty big and very filling will make again, I hope tomorrow goes well.

Breakfast: Black raspberry drink (5cals)
Lunch: 125g sweet potato, 152g strawberries, 12 cherry tomatoes and 3/4 cup chicken broth (220 cals)
Snack: watermelon airhead (45cals)
Dinner: watermelon sparkling water (5cals)
Total cals: 275 cals
Workout- nothing
Thoughts
I combined my meal into lunch then started fasting I don't know why I ate a airhead that was stupid and waste of cals but today It wasn't too bad I was working so I was running around all day (restaurant job) so I burned cals all day so I didn't workout .
Tomorrow someone is bringing girl scout cookies one of my biggest weakness
