Camille is the chef of the house. Every day she prepares your dishes with the greatest dedication. The food is always prepared with care and there is just as much love in every dish. It's also for Camille very important that vegan and vegetarian dishes are offered because she wants to please everyone with her food. Lotte is very passionate about her work, but sometimes she can get also a little bit clumsily ;)). She loves to socialize with all of our customers and she will definitely love to serve our delicious food to all of you. She is also a vegetarian, so we try to serve as many vegetarian food as we can. We are going to present the members of the BBcrew!
This is Flore, the main owner of the restaurant. The whole crew is the boss and we make the decisions together but Flore arranges the administrative affairs of the restaurant. You won’t see her that much in the restaurant because she is more working behind the scenes. She searches for the best bio products and food replacements. I am allergic to gluten myself so that is also one of the reasons that we decided to also serve gluten free meals in our restaurants. If you have any questions about our restaurant you can always ask them and she will be pleased to help you!
