Pork fried rice was a success! Used the #slowcooker for the pork which I pan seared first in butter with salt and pepper, day old basmati rice with scrambled egg, and some frozen stir fry veggies plus purple onion & ginger paste that were sautéed in the pork butter remnants. Picked up some new #yarn from my favorite, @cascadeyarns (this is 128 superwash Marino wool in color 854) to make things today. Using a pattern i’m familiar with to test it out.
