Huis Overveen De verbouwing en uitbreiding van een statig herenhuis gelegen in een duingebied in Overveen is afgerond. Het souterrain is uitgebouwd waardoor de bestaande keuken groter is geworden en nu kan fungeren als woonkeuken met een open relatie naar de achtertuin. Een zwevende veranda verbonden aan de woonkeuken versterkt deze relatie. Op de zwevende veranda kun je heerlijk zitten met een kopje koffie en je benen laten bungelen. De beletage is door middel van een vide verbonden met de woonkeuken. In Velp, the Netherlands, a sustainable refurbishment and extension of a dilapidated 1950s villa has been completed by Bloot Architecture. The villa is situated on the edge of National Park Veluwezoom, a nature reserve. The many small rooms of the original house have been reduced to a small number of light and spacious spaces and a concrete extension with patio was added to the house. Although the various living spaces are in open connection with each other, the separate rooms retain their own intimate atmosphere. Huis Overveen Begin volgend jaar begint de verbouwing van een oud herenhuis in Overveen. Het vierlaagse woonhuis wordt geheel gerenoveerd en krijgt van binnen een nieuwe verschijningsvorm.
