The only posts I've ever seen about having more than one caregiver are my own posts tbh. I have two platonic caregivers because normally (altho not lately) I am extremely little involuntarily almost constantly. A lot of my regression is super impure and that kinda sucks. But I have two lovely caregivers (platonic only) that help me through it. I'm so grateful for my caregivers for so many reasons

Let's talk a bit about normal tasks that are hard af for some me rn

Showering: literally. Getting into. The shower. Is so hard omg. I will have literal meltdowns if anything goes wrong. I'm not lazy, I don't wanna be unclean, I'm not being dramatic. It's legitimately hard. I hate feeling unclean but still I can't take the gosh darn shower unless my parents literally make me. But I'm working on it

Eating: if I don't immediately know what I want, I just won't get that snack I know I need. Just like no, if I don't know I need that apple, I will not eat it until I have a hunger meltdown later on

Getting up: couch paralysis is really hard. My phone is entertaining okay but like it's not even that. The idea of getting up feels too hard to manage. It shouldn't be but it is

Not skin picking: I don't even realize I'm doing it until it hurts. I'm biting my lips and tearing small amounts of skin off my fingers. Working on stopping it but it's hard, ya know.

Again I'm working on all of these and a lot of other people are too

I hope you don't have to deal with this but if you do, you're not alone
