sero got his first dose a week before you did and he wasn’t scared at all. which upset you because you were so scared for the vaccine. 

he didn’t belittle your feelings, but chuckled a little at your nervous twitches when your vaccination was brought up. you pouted at him and he held his hands up in defeat.

went with you to your appointment, held your hand and kissed your forehead while you waited. you were a little upset he couldn’t come in with you but you also knew the restrictions were there for a reason.

he waited for you patiently after the vaccination, welcoming you with open arms and praising you for everything. he knew this was hard for you. made sure you moved your arm enough to lessen the pain. 

when you both got back he gave you some advil for the pain and just held you for a little bit. the fatigue set in and the pain increasingly got worse but he was right there for you, whispering sweet praise into your ear and telling you how well you’re taking everything

doesn’t let you get up for the next day, he knows you deserve the rest.

mezo shoji

got his vaccination way earlier than you did. he was just getting over his second dose and upon seeing those side effects you were terrified of getting the vaccine

shoji fainted. big buff shoji fell to the floor in complete exhaustion. he was so nauseous he couldn’t get up. these terrified you. if the side effects were that bad for shoji you didn’t even wanna imagine what they would do to you.

he held you in his lap and told you that you would be fine, which you didn’t believe. but even if the side effects were bad he would be there for you and that made you feel better. 

shoji ended up getting held up with hero work and couldn’t be there during your appointment, and your anxiety was getting to you. he took a break to call you.

“you’re going to be fine, okay? i’ll be home by the time you’re done. they’re professionals they’re not gonna hurt you, darling. i’ll pick up ice cream on the way back, okay? i love you.” 

this made you feel so much better. the promise of a doting mezo and his comforting words powered you through the few minutes of the vaccine.

as promised, shoji was there when you came home with open arms and ice cream you jumped into his lap with what little energy you had left and promptly passed out.

as you figured the side effects were hitting you really hard. he let you sleep. he still needed to do stuff around the house, kept you in his arms while he did. 

tenya iida

you and tenya were getting your vaccinations together. he did days and days worth of research and told you everything you needed to know about the vaccine but that wasn’t the issue here

you hated needles

looking at them made you want to pass out. and when you tried to tell iida this he looked at you with a blank expression.

“that’s irrational, y/n. you’re a hero you face greater challenges each and everyday.” thank you. thank you so much tenya. you’re so helpful. 

anyway

his appointment was right before yours which left you sitting, waiting for him to be done with shaking limbs. he came out with a smile and a dad thumbs up and you felt a little more comforted.

he took your hands and told you how quickly it went and that he didn’t even feel it. you took a deep breath and went in when you were called in

surprisingly tenya was right. it went by so fast and you didn’t feel it.

the pain didn’t come in until later, and it was bad. it didn’t hit tenya as hard, guess he just had a better immune system, but in his research he knew the side effects would be bad for certain people so he asked every five minutes how you were doing until you stopped answering.

the fatigue got too bad for you to stay awake so you were asleep on the couch. 

he looked at you and smiled softly. he pulled a blanket over your shoulders and let you sleep while he prepared dinner.

togaru kamakiri

he has an immune system of steel. he got his vaccinations super early and had zero side effects. it pissed you off you were waiting to dote on him for the first time and you were not allowed to. rude.

you, on the other hand, hated needles and always got bad side effects from vaccines. you have since you were a kid. 

when you told togaru he had the audacity to laugh at you. you walked away. no need for negativity.

“no wait baby come back i didn’t mean it.”

went with you to your appointment, let you squeeze his hand way too tightly while you waited, practically whimpering in nervousness.

“you’ll be fine i promise,” togaru huffed, forcing himself to kiss your forehead sweetly

waited for you and smirked at you when you walked out. 

“how you feelin?” he asked. you rolled your eyes and made sure to move your arm so the pain wouldn’t be too bad later. but it was. the moment you got home you felt awful. pain shot throughout your left arm, you felt so exhausted that you couldn��t think. kiri noticed almost instantly when you didn’t answer his question about dinner until ten minutes later.

“ok c’mere.” he picked you up and brought you to his bed and tucked you in. his usual explosive, provocative nature quelled at the sight of you so tired and that made you smile.

“softie,” you giggled as he tucked you into bed. he snarled.

“i’ll cut you,” he growled which caused you to giggle.��“go to sleep idiot.”

juzo honenuki

juzo’s another one who’s super practical thinker and tries to reassure you of every possible fear you have regarding this 

but you saw how his body reacted to the vaccine and it didn’t help you in your fears.

poor honenuki was so nauseous and couldn’t stop throwing up, couldn’t get up from bed. he spent two days either asleep or throwing up. yeah. you shouldn’t have made your appointment right after he got his second dose.

“it wont be that bad, y/n, my body just reacts really poorly to vaccines i promise you’ll be okay,” he assures you. these conversations continue even in the car until you get there. he never shows that he’s annoyed at you, his voice is always calm and comforting. 

you’re nervously shaking waiting to go in, he squeezes your hand and nuzzles into your neck telling you you’ll be fine. you sigh deeply and go in to take your vaccine. 

he waits patiently for you and softens upon seeing your smiling face waving your vaccination card. he chuckled and pulled you into a hug and told you how proud he was of you. 

luckily, the side effects didn’t hit you that hard and you were doing absolutely great.

this left honenuki between a rock and a hard place because he was very jealous at the fact you didn’t have any side effects but proud he was right that you had nothing to fear.

consistent movie nights. kosei will let you pick most times because he knows you can get sick of watching the avengers over and over again.

he will fall asleep half way through though movie nights are just a trap for him to snack with you and then fall asleep directly on top of you.

not a cute sleeper, well that depends some people might think it’s super cute, he snores loudly and can drool sometimes. and he’s heavier than you previously thought so you’re just stuck.

you hang out with the common sense kings quite a bit, too. he’s a friendship oriented person so it’s so important to him that you get along with them. 

awase loves to tease you about your relationship, sen has an album on his phone of pictures of you two and its typically used as blackmail, but rin is just there bein a good friend and asking you how your day was <3

affectionately squish his cheeks and call him googly eyes and his face will be burning red and he’ll be a flustered mess.

kosei makes you solid air hearts and blows them at you during class. it’s embarrassing and he loves to embarrass you. it’s his favorite passtime.

he’s very romantic, he grew up with two older sisters so he knows how to properly treat you. brings you flowers, takes you on surprise dates. he’s such a sweetie.

but, again, he grew up with two older sisters being the only masculine figure in the house, he can be a lot to handle.

definitely taps your shoulder for a while until you pay attention to him and burps in your face he loses it because he thinks he’s so funny.

the jealous one in your relationship. his heart twists whenever you talk to anyone who he thinks is more attractive than him. he’ll wrap his arms around your waist and pout like a baby. he can get pretty insecure easily. just reassure him. 

he loves you so unconditionally. makes sure your relationship is never boring.

class 1-B headcannons

a.n. a class b version of this post  i made a while back and now i write for class b so you’re gonna get some good shit >:)

monoma keeps a journal/diary just like midoriya does. it’s so he can understand other peoples quirks and knows what to expect when he copies them

monoma is also his class’ biggest hype man. he can talk about how much he loves and admires each of his classmates for hours on end. 

sen takes polaroid's of classmate and hangs them all over his dorm room. when things get super stressful he looks at them and remembers why its all worth while in the end.

kuroiro lives on pranking his classmates. it’s his number one favorite hobby. laughs hysterically while his friends playfully push him and yell at him for what he’s done but he’s wheezing and coughing because of how funny it is.

on a similar note, tsuburaba has 100% put a thin layer of hardened air in doorways and has watched his classmates walk into it. he dies of laughter too. 

there are no thoughts in tsuburaba’s head. he’s the class himbo. its him or tetsutetsu. they are no thoughts head empty. 

kendo has every little nuance about her classmates memorized. this includes their favorite things, allergies, fears, etc. she uses it to make sure her friends are safe and secure being so far away from their families. especially pony and rin. 

rin gets homesick more often than pony does. but when they both get homesick their classmates do everything to make them feel at home, including buying or making their favorite dishes from home and watching some of their favorite childhood shows. 

rin also is coldblooded, so during colder seasons he’s found in a bundle of blankets, or snuggled up close to one of his warmer classmates. sometimes both. 

i read that someone headcannoned that sen wholeheartedly believed that tsuburaba’s eyes were a part of his quirk and when he found out they weren’t he was crushed.

“hey monoma didn’t you copy kosei’s quirk?” “yes i did. why?” “then why didn’t.... oh. awe man.”

sen and awase have a resting bitch face. everyone consistently asks if they’re upset and they’re just like “no? this is my face?”

on the opposite end both shoda and rin have a resting crisis face.  they consistently look concerned and they aren’t. 

setsuna and rin sit in the sun and take naps there. lizard homies.

so it’s canon that tetsutetsu and kamakiri are gym bros, but they have matching workout gear and make personalized routines for the other. bestie tings. 

juzo and sen have little art hangouts! juzo has taken up painting and sen takes photos of nature. very cute 10/10

a.n. i have seen so many people in different fandoms tackle this prompt and now its my turn so suffer along with me <3

bakugou

you knew going into this that katsuki was a little rough around the edges. this was more than fine for you

to make up for his prickly edges you decided to overwhelm him with love and affection, surprise hugs and face kisses all the while you scrounged for any affections you could get from him

he never told you it bothered him, though you should have guessed

you just loved him so much and you wanted to show it

clearly that desire for affection was going to come and bite you in the ass.

you sat with your arms wrapped around his waist, head nuzzled into his back. you peppered soft kisses to the clothed muscle every once in a while. he had been working at his homework which was fine with you. you didn’t mind the silence as long as you got to hold him. but he had been at it for an hour and a half. he deserved a break. you pressed a kiss onto his shoulder before speaking for the first time this evening. 

“hey bubs?” you whispered and were just met with a soft grunt from your boyfriend, sounds of pencil scratching onto the paper louder after you spoke. “bubby?” you asked one more time after a few moments. 

“jesus fucking christ, what, y/n?” he snapped, running his hands down his face with a groan of frustration. you jumped a little bit at the sudden harshness of his tone. you swallowed thickly, unsure if you wanted to answer him now. “you’ve already interrupted my train of thought you wanna fucking talk to me now?”

“i was just gonna suggest that you take a break,” you meekly whispered. “i just think you deserve one. you’ve been at this for so long and i just. i could rub the tension out of your shoulders.” 

“no.” he snapped. wow. okay. shut down so quickly. 

“okay baby, i just-”

“can you shut the fuck up for five minutes?” he pried your arms off him and scooted away. “you’re so fucking annoying jesus christ. i have never met anyone more clingy and annoying in my life. do me a favor and fucking leave i’m busy.” you blinked at him, tears pricking in your eyes. did he really just say that? were you that annoying. instead of putting up a fight and risking more of your feelings getting hurt you nodded and exited his dorm, heading back to yours to cry your eyes out. when you collapsed onto your bed, putting his notifications on mute so you didn’t have to talk to him. if you were clingy then keeping your distance was the best option in keeping your relationship alive.

on katsuki’s end, after an hour of cooling down he began to flood your phone with texts apologizing. nothing big or meaningful just a few ‘sorry. didn’t mean it’ type messages. not that you read them, which was confusing for him. you usually responded within 3 minutes. he set his phone down. you’d answer him in the morning. he tried falling asleep but dreams were replaced with the darkest of nightmares. he woke up feeling like he couldn’t breathe. like there was someone pressing onto his chest trying to get into his lungs and rip them out. he hated this feeling. he hated the memories masquerading as dreams. where were you? you always calmed him down. getting up he scrambled to grab his phone and call you. biting his knuckles he kept calling and calling but you didn’t pick up. 4 times. what the fuck? his heart continued to pound. he couldn’t do this. he wouldn’t be able to get back to bed. slipping on some form of shoe he walked down to your dorm and banged on the door. the nightmare kept replaying in his head and he felt like screaming. you still weren’t answering.

“y/n,” he spoke voice raspy. “i know you’re in there open the door please.” he knocked again. nothing. he knocked one last time. “y/n please i need you open the door i can’t.” after a few moments of you not opening the door, he was going to walk away. but then you opened the door. “y/n.”

“bakugou go to bed,” you demanded with your arms crossed. 

“first its katsuki to you,” his voice was shaky. “and i can’t sleep.”

“not my problem,” you snorted ready to close the door on him but he held it open. 

“please. just let me in,” he begged. you sighed and moved out of the way to let him in. he sat down on the bed and pulled his knees to his chest. he was terrible at asking for this, usually you just caved and gave him the hugs and cuddles he needed but instead you just stood there. he looked up at you. he looked so tired. you wanted to hug him but after that outburst you didn’t think you should. “y/n?” he asked after a moment.

“yeah?”

“i’m sorry. for what i said earlier. you aren’t clingy. i mean you are but it’s not a bad thing. you keep me sane. i’m sorry.” 

“thanks for the apology but-”

“hold me please? i’m not good at this but i need it.”

you crossed your arms. “do you really think i’m that annoying? i’m sorry for it i just want to show you how much i love you but-”

you woke up the next morning to your alarm for class. groaning you picked up your phone to turn the alarm off. you looked idly at your notifications. 23 texts and 4 missed calls from eijiro. you didn’t listen to the voicemails and all his texts were empty apologies. you didn’t bother opening them. instead you got ready for class and to join the rest of your classmates downstairs for breakfast. he sat next to you at the table as you silently ate your rice. it was quiet between you before he smiled at you brightly.

“so i know i missed our date last night, but i was thinking you and i could check out that botanical garden tonight? to make up for it, you love flowers-” you felt bad cutting off kirishima’s happy, excited proposition but you got up in the middle of his sentence.

“no thanks. i’m busy tonight.” you commented shortly. he blinked, smile faltering a little bit before returning.

“no worries! what about tomorrow? we have the day off from school and maybe we-”

“no. busy tomorrow too.” you cut him off again, cleaning your bowl despite momo’s objections that she would do it herself.

“seriously?” his tone was filled with dejection, his tall frame faltering a bit at that. you just nodded.

“ask bakugou,” you snorted, gathering your materials for class. 

“bakugou wouldn’t want to go. i asked you.”

“then ask kaminari,” you gave him a venom filled smile.

“hell yeah let’s go eijiro!” kaminari beamed. kirishima didn’t even fight to continue the plans. he just accepted that kaminari would be his new hangout buddy. fuming you left the dorm. kaminari winced. “what’s their problem?”

“they’re pissed because kirishima has been ditching them for us,” bakugou snapped, sipping his tea. kirishima’s brows furrowed.

“what? no they’d tell me.” kirishima wanted to shrug it off but something about bakugou’s accusation sat heavily on his chest.

“then why did they say no and tell you to go with kaminari? face it dumbass they think you don’t want them anymore.” that hit kiri like a bus. no. of course he wanted you! and only you! swallowing thickly he got up and ran to catch up to you. you couldn’t have gotten too far to campus. all he had to do was run. he caught up to you and called your name loudly. against your better judgement you sighed and stopped walking. he finally reached you and panted, wanting to speak but his windlessness prevented him from doing so.

“go-go out with me tonight please,” he begged through jagged breaths. 

“i told you i’m busy. besides you have more fun with your friends anyway,” you rolled your eyes and he grabbed your hands and squeezed them tightly.

“i don’t want them i want you! i’m sorry i’m sorry i made you think that i wanted to spend more time with them than you i’ll be on my best behavior from now on! just don’t leave me don’t i don’t know what i’ll do whatever you ask i-”

“shut up,” you smiled and hugged him.

Hearing the engine of the car had to top the list of the most bittersweet thing you’ve ever heard. He was always so supportive of what you wanted to do. Even with the smallest thing he was there with a smile and a cheesy thumbs up. You were so scared to get your drivers license. It was funny to Kaminari because you risked your life daily for other people but the thought of being alone driving a hunk of metal terrified you. He counted down the days until you finally got your license so you could drive up to his house and be with him every possible minute. He loved you, he promised you this. 

You didn’t know where you were going, just turning down endless winding roads until you ended up someplace useful. You tilted your head to the side, staring out the window for a few moments trying to determine where you were. The atmosphere felt so familiar, it felt like home. And then you blinked, realizing who’s home you just passed. 

Kaminari’s yellow mustang parked in the driveway was unmistakable. It matched his aesthetic, he claimed in regards to the garish color. It was hard to wipe away the tears pricking the corner of your eyes, so you just begged them to go back in while your grip on the steering wheel tightened. So desperately you wanted that to be your shared home. You wanted to park in the driveway and walk in the front door, drop your bag off and be in his arms once again. 

But you couldn’t. Denki wasn’t your home anymore.

Your car was still running while you sat in front of his home, but you looked at the car parked next to his. Kyoka Jiro’s. You couldn’t bring yourself to hate her, despite your desperate attempts to want to. She was older, prettier, and had a deeper connection with Kaminari than you could have ever dreamed of having. Your stomach churned at the thought of them dancing in the living room, looking into each other’s eyes with the love and adoration he once looked at you with. The thought of him sweetly kissing someone other than you destroyed you. Your relationship with Denki wasn’t perfect but you loved him so surely. You pulled out your phone and checked his instagram. Nothing but smiling and happy photos since you two broke it off. A very ugly, public break up you might add. How could he be so okay knowing you were still in agony? How could he be so okay with you gone? 

You looked at what song was playing and the tears returned once more. It was a song Denki wrote for you what felt like eons ago. You pulled your knees to your chest and let the tears flow, not bothering to wipe them. There was no one you could vent to about the hurt you felt. All of your friends were his friends. They had to be sick of hearing how in love with Kaminari you still were. Everything ached in your chest upon the realization he moved on so quick from you, so quick from the everything you gave him. Tilting your head up you wiped the tears off your cheeks but they kept pouring. You turned his song off and threw your phone against the dashboard. Turning your head to look at his house your choked sobs began again. 

“I guess you didn’t mean what you wrote in that song about me.” You mumbled feeling the want to delete the song from your playlist. “Because you said forever now I drive alone past your street.”
