Hi 👋🏽 friends I wanted to share my love for the Kindle Scribe. This is not a sponsored post. I purchased it myself. As many of you know I have a disability. I have neuropathy in my upper extremities. Holding things and writing for more than five minutes will numb and hurt my hands. The Scribe is, to me, the same weight as an iPad Air. I have a clear cover on mine and use a Flippy to rest it while reading. The Flippy and clear cover were purchased on Amazon. If you have an Oasis. The premium feel and the fast maneuvering around is the same without the quick battery drain. The Scribe is crisp and clear. It is quick and not laggy. The writing experience is a dream. I’m able to write for long periods of time without pain. You all have seen my many book Journals. I’m never satisfied and am tired of rewriting the same information over and over. So, to be able to categorize and write my notes in one place is unbelievably convenient and awesome. The pen is easy to hold and doesn’t cramp my hands. I have the premium pen and must pay attention not to hit the button on it when writing. I have my button set to highlight. Occasionally hitting the button is not even a con friends. My notes are visible on my Fire and on the Amazon app. This is just wonderful. I can email my notes to me and share them. It’s a game changer. I’ve spent three days organizing my Scribe Book Journal. The hours of investment to one convenient location was worth it. I have peace of mind that I no longer will have to gather info from multiple notebooks. I had the Kindle Dx. Let’s not forget that device was almost $400 at the time. Only similarity is screen size! I know this device is a bit steep, but if you have any of the issues if mentioned and can wing the price by trade~in, payment plan or selling things you don’t need-go for it!!! Audiobooks are my besties right now. I’m experiencing brain fog and with audiobooks and me following with the ebook I’m able to continue reading. I’m unable to write cohesive reviews, but I’m updating my thoughts as I go on @goodreads and am taking notes. I recently joined @scribd but my all time fav is @hoopladigital . Hoopla is the 🐐 I will reach my goal of 500 reviews @netgalley by my birthday in May. That’s the goal. I’m loving series, as they are easy to follow, and are quick for me once I get into the rhythm of the authors writing. Romance and graphic novels have been my saving grace at this time. What’s on my Kindle Fire 10? I buy too many ebooks. It’s an unhealthy addiction. I admit. However, there’s no way I could physically house all the books I would like to own and readily have to available to read. Ugh 😑 It’s a privilege problem. I’m aware. I dreamed of a time I could own my own books and have actual time to read them. Many many decades later I’m here. I’m grateful for it and never forget the girl who just wanted to read.
