Having a bit of a #greyday #pain has been really bad 😭 plus being #sick Went to #doctors super helpful #thankgod she had no issue giving me the #painmeds again and even told me not to be a hero lol and just take the meds... She also said the falls I had back in January have had a real impact on me spin and it's super damage which is only going to get worse.... But it's not yet so that's something for another day. Also she recommend I Try tens and bio-oils etc, she was even sorry she couldn't get me one on the nhs which I didn't expect. So bless my #parents heart they went out and got me a machine today. So feeling littl more human tonight.
