I MET PETER CULLEN!!!!! I literally never thought I would but I did!!!! He was genuinely so so so so nice (and I saw him for my birthday, and he wished me happy birthday as Eeyore aaaahhhh it was so cute) and I got an autograph and two photos with him, it was amazing. Seriously best birthday ever lol.

Also, when I was next in line to get a photo, he looks over at me with a big smile and hits me with “Get over here, good-lookin’!” And internally I was like me??????? He means me??????? Absolutely wild and my parents and boyfriend went with me and my boyfriend got an extra photo op ticket so I could get a pic with just me and Peter and one with the family with him too. As we left he said “you guys are awesome!” To my family so like………… I’m still riding this high

Optimus is clearly the one who landed in the pool but

I think Jazz crashed into the stadium because it's much more likely a Pontiac building would be near a place like that

And Ironhide landed in the field and was running away and ended up running into a residential area and found the truck he scanned

Oh my God and I just realized he wanted to show off his canons to impress Sam because Sam had just seen him in his protoform and now he's bulked up😂😂

just out of curiosity, what about that scene makes people think it’s Ironhide? cause I’ve been confused by that honestly so I’d love to understand

I just saw a video on youtube saying that it was Ironhide in the first movie who landed in the pool and I was stunned that so many people agreed

I’d never thought that was Ironhide, I was sure it was Optimus. I mean, why else would that particular autobot get so much screen time before getting an earth vehicle mode? Why would the music change to the male choir and become so much more dramatic?

I just do not believe they would’ve made that scene so epic for Ironhide.

Plus, look at the behavior of the autobot coming out of the pool. He’s careful. He avoids the little girl and steps to hide behind those trees from the parents. Do you think Ironhide would’ve been so cautious? Not saying he would’ve stepped on the little girl, but I don’t think he would’ve been as… delicate

I know it cuts to Ironhide changing into the truck afterwards, but I assumed they just showed Ironhide’s transformation real quick, then cut back to Optimus who was on the hill scanning the Peterbilt. That after Optimus left the house with the pool, he went to that hillside

so I know basically nothing about transformers earthspark. I do know that I think the animation style is… eh, not my favorite.

and I’m pretty certain that Peter Cullen doesn’t do the voice of Optimus, which always makes me super apprehensive about any TF stuff. I know that bias is bad but I can’t help it I love him he IS optimus to me. However TFA and Beast Wars are acceptable to me because I view them kinda as different characters from like, THE Optimus.

You know, I figured that the reason it shattered was because Megatron got a hit on him just before. By doing so, maybe a little dark energon got on him. The sword detected it, and, for a moment, abandoned him. I can’t imagine the Saber allowing anyone touched by dark energon to continue wielding it.

OP’s disbelief and confidence disappearing at the sight of the Star Saber sword shattering into pieces is a nice detail I hadn’t appreciated before—
