Buck's sexuality

I haven't seen anyone else say it so I will.

I may be wrong when I say this but I think it kinds makes sense why the show hasn't had Buck outright say that he's bisexual. One thing a person who is anything but straight has to do it come out to everyone in their life. I straight person never has to go up to their friends and say 'hey I'm straight' no, only being with some form of queer identity have to do that. So I think what the show may be doing is removing the idea that I person has to come out and continuously state their sexuality.

I would love if their had Buck say that he's bisexual, but I also understand why they haven't had him say it. Because people with some kind of queer identity shouldn't have to tell the world exactly who they are. If they want to then go ahead, but everyone regardless of their sexuality should be allowed to go through life however they wish without having to tell everyone their sexuality.

Some people may disagree with me but as someone who is bisexual I understand that part of Buck's character I also hate having to new people in my life that I'm bisexual. I enjoy being able to go through life and be bisexual rather than having to constantly tell people.

I'm not trying to say that people shouldn't come out. Because I think everyone has the right to do so if they wish to come out. I'm just saying that not everyone should have to explicitly state their sexuality to everyone they know in order for people or in this case the shows audience to understand Buck and his sexuality.

Coincidence? I think not...

Am I the first person to realize that the title of season 7 episode 4 of 9-1-1 'Buck, Bothered and Bewildered' is inspired by season 2 episode 16 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer 'Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered.

I think there is more than the titles from these episodes that transpire between the two shows. I strongly suggest you take a look and interpret the episodes however you wish.

Just thought I would share this observation since I haven't seen anyone else bring this up before.

When you’re rewatching hing 801 and discover that buck and Eddie are sharing a bottle of juice!!! 👀👀👀

Buck arrives on roof - no juice

Camera cut to him moving toward wall and leaning on it - no juice!

Cut to Eddie arriving on the roof (followed by Jen and Chim) - carrying juice

Cut to wide shot of the four of them and now Buck has juice and Eddie doesn’t

Buck still has the juice

Eddie’s still has no juice

Buck puts juice on table - it’s now between them

Ergo - they share juice!!!

This brought me to tears, just thought I'd share it.
