Note: They immediately go back to eating and ignore Tweek while he’s hurting himself, aren’t there for him physically or emotionally.

-Threaten to sell their son into slavery (joking or not, they are aware of Tweek’s paranoia) (S02E17)

- Richard points a gun at Tweek to make a point about intruders and proceed to go into unnecessary detail to scare him (S06E11)

- Sends their 9-10 year old child to pick up drugs from dealers on multiple occassions (Stick of Truth)

- Makes their 9-10 year old child INGEST LOADS of coffee that is laced with meth, presumably without his knowledge. (Stick of Truth)

- Pushes Tweek’s issues under the rug saying that he has “attention deficit disoder” or is “just a spaz” rather than properly deal with them. (S06E17 / S19E06)

- ^^^ Seem to refuse to acknowledge that these issues are directly their fault from his caffeine & methamphetamine addiction.

- Have Tweek work all day at the coffee shop when he’s not at school (I’m surprised they let him play with you in the games, but again, it’s not until he finishes his duties *ie. getting the drugs for their supplies) (Stick of Truth/Fractured but Whole)

- Use Tweek for their own business agenda (S02E17 and FBW: “Having a gay son is good for business!”)

So yeah, child neglect, child endangerment, child labor, manipulation etc.
