People ask me how much weight I lost or how much cardio I do...I tell them I lost weigh but I’m more concerned about my body composition and the way I look in the mirror. I only focus on my diet, weight lifting, functional athletic training and #Hiit like #jiujitsu. My weight from both pictures is around the same, the picture on the left was taken this year (July 4th 2017) the one on the right I took it today (October 1st 2017).
