not that I just realized, but I believe why I have such a strong connection to Jared's character, Sam, is not only because Sam is so very caring and selfless, but because of how altruistic he is- he puts his needs on the lowest part of the scale, everything that he's feeling is never talked about, unless it's absolutely necessary. he doesnt dare lay burden on others, all the while carrying the weight of the whole world sins on his shoulders. he is the true definition of altruism.

i can't help but to feel the same way about myself.

his character has impacted me in so many different ways, and which is why I will always look up to him. he's getting me through some tough times ultimately.

I can't express how thankful I am, I'm so glad Jared's battle with depression didn't keep him from doing such amazing work.
