What if Snape was actually trying to get Harry suspended/expelled to keep him away from the wizarding world and away from voldemort and the dangers waiting for him at Hogwarts?

Came across this while I was reading POA. There was absolutely no excuse for Harry to not name any of his child after Hagrid. There were many alternatives like 'Rubeus' or 'Ruby' or even Hagrid. But ofcourse not! he had to go and name them after Snape who was a ignorant bully.
I came across this while I was re-reading the book. Those who have read the books know just how much the dursleys have abused and neglected Harry since he was left at their doorstep. He'd rather have lived in an orphanage than with them.
(Which sort of makes me think of another au, what would have Harry been like if he was actually sent to an orphanage because the dursleys/Dumbledore didn't care enough)
Imagine a child who thinks that their birthday is not as happy, exciting. Harry thought it was worse than a normal day. I feel terrible for the way Harry was treated. No one should EVER be unhappy about their own birthday.
Ok but have y'all realised how spoilt Harry would have been if he was raised by the marauders and lily? Probably would not have been the Harry we all know.
