So here’s a tough one
Ben 10
But specifically alien x
Yes, Alien X from Ben 10 could kill Macbeth!
Alien X is omnipotent. This is stated by characters in-universe and by creators of the show. Anything Alien X wants to become real, does become real. His only real limitation is that he is controlled by three separate consciousnesses (Bellicus, Serena, and Ben) that all need to agree before Alien X will do anything. But assuming the three do agree, Alien X can do literally anything, no questions asked.
Alien X can retroactively change it so that Ben is not a man of woman born. Alien X can retroactively change the prophecy in a way that explicitly allows for Alien X to kill Macbeth. Alien X can retroactively make it so the prophecy never existed. Alien X can retroactively make it so Macbeth never existed. But Alien X doesn't need to do any of that, because Alien X can decide that Macbeth dies, and if he does so, Macbeth will die, regardless of any prophecy in place.
Pretty solidly a Unique Exception, if you ask me.
Thank you for your submission!

Ooh, asks are open! Hooray! In honour of that, I'll submit my first ask. Could the "Earthlings" from the NFB animated short What on Earth! kill Macbeth?
(link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFaHArkYLsM)
In terms of arguments in favour of them, the earthlings are definitely the product of an unconventional birth—we even get to see the entire reproduction process up to and including their birth. In terms of arguments against them, well … um … I mean, there might be a reason to doubt the veracity of our martian narrator's statements on them, you know?
Anyways, thank you for answering my ask! I hope you enjoyed it!
Alright, so unfortunately, the link provided in the ask seems to be unavailable in my country, and I don't have any kind of VPN. It did take a bit to hunt down an unblocked version and I gotta say, the amount of time it took me was the perfect comedic timing for the joke of this ask to land. A+.
So, for the matter at hand: The narrator of this short film is obviously not meant to be taken seriously. This is a comedically erroneous observation of life on Earth and how "reproduction" actually works. The identity of the "parasite" would be counted and not the "Earthling" for this verdict, and that obviously differs great between individuals.
If we were to take this narrative completely seriously, though, yes, any of the "Earthlings" from this short film would be able to kill Macbeth, though Unconventional Birth Clause and probably Birth Parent Clause.
Something interesting I noticed while watching this, though, is that based on the choice of words... I don't think that the narrator could kill Macbeth, weirdly enough. His voice is clearly masculine, and he consistently refers to the archetypal "Earthling" with he/him pronouns, implying martians have the same basic gender identities in this universe. He explicitly says that "Earthlings have done away with [...] sex", which could imply that this martian society's reproduction is also analog to that of humans in real life. Given that that's all the information we have, the verdict is the same for any male human character without a detailed origin of his birth: he could not kill Macbeth. ...Weird.
Anyway, thank you for your submission! This was a fun one.

could Metta from Nexomon kill Macbeth? male, but strongly implied to only have a father and not a mother. I don't know if this means he was just sort of Created rather than being born, or... it never really explains! but his species strongly appears to consist of him, his father, and his siblings, sooo...
Yes, Metta from Nexomon could kill MacBeth!

So, here’s the thing. Omnicron, the aforementioned father of Metta (and some other folks don’t worry abt it) is a God. The father of ALL Nexomon. King of Monsters, creator divine, etc.
In most lore, Gods don’t always need a second partner to make kids. They just…happen. Poof! Through the sheer force of will of Jeff the Great, there was then Jeff the Lesser. This means that, through literally no interference by any birth-giving individual - woman or otherwise - the entity is created. That is, as far as I can tell, what Omnicron did. Just decided he wanted kids, and so there they were. His heirs. But because he created them, he would still be the one counted for the Birth Parent Clause.
You are right, no other partner is ever named. I highly doubt one ever will be. But because of Omnicron’s status as a God capable of creating life, I’m willing to take a bet that the man more or less just had some favorites he liked more than others, and gave them the title of “child of Omnicron”. This does, very much, include Metta.
So until a day comes where the creators say “Hey btw, this is Omnicron’s wife and she gave live birth to these guys in particular” I’m saying they qualify for both Unconventional Birth Clause and Birth Parent Clause! And while Metta himself doesn’t qualify for the Gender Clause, he does have sisters who would. Meaning that they (Nara, Ventra, and Arqua) would qualify on all three counts.
Thanks for your submission!

Any of the plants from Plants Vs. Zombies could kill MacBeth, since they are grown from seeds rather than being born. Additionally, certain plants (such as Cactus and Sunflower) are referred to with she/her pronouns in the Almanac, so they apply for the Gender Clause. And finally, the plants are planted by the player, so if the player is not female, then all of the plants qualify for the Birth Parent Clause (certain plants are planted by Crazy Dave, but he is a male, so they apply for the BPC regardless)
Also, I know it's not part of the curse, but Torchwood and Oak from PvZ: GW2 and PvZ: BfN, respectively, could be used to make Birnam Wood come to Dunsinane
Yes, Any Plant from Plants vs. Zombies could kill Macbeth!

As explained above, the plants in PvZ are grown from seed packets and not born, so they all apply for Unconventional Birth Clause. While some rare individual plants are specified to have been planted by Crazy Dave, for the most part, whether or not a plant applies for Birth Parent Clause relies entirely on the gender of the player, as you are the person planting them in-universe.
For Gender Clause, this is again mentioned above, but almost every plant has specified pronouns, usually in the in-game Almanac, though those that don't are often specified outside of the game by Stephen Notley, who writes the official Almanac entries. Most plants seem to be referred to with he/him pronouns and therefore wouldn't count for Gender Clause, but there are many such as Sunflower and Cactus that are she/her, as well as Dazey Chain who canonically uses they/them.
Thank you for your submission! -Mod Anthem

Could Mephiles from the Sonic series kill Macbeth?
Yes, Mephiles the Dark from Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) could kill Macbeth!

Mephiles is an interesting case! An argument could be made both ways, or even in some entirely unhinged direction that only Ian Flynn is capable of comprehending, but I’ll try my best to break this down.
So, we need to first discuss Solaris, the Sun God in Sonic lore, specifically in 06’s Soleana, where he is worshiped. Someone got the religion and science wires crossed and oops, Solaris has been split into two entities! One is Solaris’s raw power, an apocalyptically strong entity known as Iblis, and the other is Solaris’s mind, a shadowy creature called Mephiles. So, now we know the basics, but the thing that’s important here is who’s responsible for the bastard.
One could argue that, since Mephiles is an aspect of Solaris, then Solaris’s origin would be the one to count. However, I would argue that Mephiles doesn’t exactly exist before the Solaris Project splits the two apart and Mephiles finds an identity, being “born” in some sense. In my opinion, the split counts as the point of origin for the two entities. They both sure do behave differently from each other, and Mephiles in particular has a really strong personality that seems unique to Mephiles, not Solaris. In addition, going by our previous metric of “does it have free will”, yes, Mephiles is a separate person.
So, in this case, the Birth Parent would be the person who created Mephiles by splitting him from Solaris, and that would be the Duke of Soleana, who is male. It’s also a really unconventional birth! Meaning yes, Mephiles qualifies under both the Birth Parent Clause and the Unconventional Birth Clause!
Here’s the kicker: Mephiles doesn’t exist! Using time travel (i hate this game) Sonic and Elise stop the Solaris Project from ever happening, meaning Solaris wasn’t ever split into two, and neither Iblis nor Mephiles ever come to exist. Solaris is just fine, not ever being interfered with.
But the recent Shadow Generations has added a fun new layer! In Sonic Generations, the main villain is the Time Eater, a creature that has managed to lock Sonic and friends in a nightmare hellscape unbound by time. In this pocket dimension, time is so janky and messed up that Shadow actually crosses paths with Mephiles. And he’s mad! Because he recognizes that he no longer exists, even declaring that he wants to restore himself to the timeline by any means necessary. So even though Solaris is fine, Mephiles isn’t. Which means, by my count, that Mephiles was only created by the Solaris Project, and therefore that moment counts as his birth, since without it he was never born.
So yes, Mephiles could do it, but he’d have to pull some serious strings in order to be corporeal enough to make it happen.
(On an unrelated note, yes, Sonic ‘06 is just as bad as you thought. This takes up the space in my brain where math is supposed to go.)
Thanks for your submission!

For the sake of funny, could Lady Macbeth kill her husband?
Yes, Lady Macbeth from Shakespeare's Macbeth could kill Macbeth!
She applies for the Gender Clause. I can be reasonably assumed that she doesn't apply for UBC or BPC, because if she did, I imagine Macbeth would have known about it and figured out the loophole a lot sooner.
Thank you for your submission!

Could Lionblaze from Warrior Cats kill Macbeth? Specifically before his prophecy powers were revoked, in which he cannot be defeated in battle
I hope you know what you just did to me. I had to crack open Leafpool’s Wish for this. I had to reread one of those scenes. I hope you know what you put me through.
I briefly mentioned Lionblaze before, but I’m now more confident in my answer: No, Lionblaze from Warriors could not kill MacBeth.

Let’s start with what you’ve specifically asked about: the powers. Lionblaze’s powers are pretty weird and I wouldn’t blame anyone for thinking they just make him win all the time. That’s kind of how they’re written, after all. But the actual rule seems to be that Lionblaze cannot be injured in a battle he is specifically trying to win. This power, as far as every source I’ve ever checked has said, is purely defensive. Lionblaze cannot be hurt by others (with one notable exception but that’s more of a retcon) as long as he’s trying to win in battle. It says nothing about him being able to instantly kill any adversary, even though he…sure does use it like that. This man kills three people, and I’m fairly certain only one of them was on purpose.
In case we want to argue that this is some unspoken part of his power, he does kill Harestar a couple years after he got his power revoked, seemingly by accident, so it has nothing to do with that. Lionblaze’s power is just that he’s immune to injuries. Whether or not he uses that ability to become God’s perfect killing machine is besides the point. His power would not let him dodge the prophecy, no.
And now, the part I hated. Warrior Cats has a strange fascination with long, highly detailed birthing scenes, including some…really bad ones. Lionblaze’s birth, specifically, is given a couple paragraphs. The reason I just gave a hand-waving answer of “oh yeah maybe idk” last time is because…well, because I didn’t want to go back and read this bit again. But now I have, and now it’s everyone’s problem.
Lionblaze’s mother has some...complications in giving birth to him, and the ghost of an old friend has to come down to help her out. I’m not going into detail, but it’s in Chapter 9 of Leafpool’s Wish if you really want to check for yourself. But they do get the kid out in a way that ol’ Will Shakey would have considered a “natural birth” (though some may argue it was a tad “supernatural”, hehe)
It is also worth noting that Lionblaze is a reincarnation of another cat, who we also see the birth scene for! In that one, he comes out on the verge of death, but is fine after *checks notes* …yeah I’m not explaining all that. The point is, he’s fine. Natural birth, all checks out.
Fortunately for MacBeth, he is safe from notorious murderer Lionblaze and his overpowered passive, though Jayfeather could relentlessly torment him in his dreams, which is arguably way funnier.
Thanks for your submission!

Could Diavolo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure kill Macbeth?
(An explanation of his stand if you need help understanding it: https://youtu.be/i-ZiDJw_Sns?si=FYm5EreW2LS119pt)
(his wiki page: https://jojowiki.com/Diavolo)
This is definitely an interesting one to jump back in with.
Diavolo is pretty firmly a man of woman born in canon, but considering this is JJBA we're talking about, that's never why this was submitted; we need to figure out if Diavolo is a Unique Exception here.
For a brief explanation of Diavolo/King Crimson's powers: In JJBA, "Fate" is equated to a gravitational force that pushes and pulls people and objects along predestined paths automatically. King Crimson can "erase" moments in time (up to 10 seconds from when it was activated), during which Diavolo is the only one conscious, though he cannot interact with anything while everything else goes along their predestined paths. This allows Diavolo to be immune to any attack during the erased time, reposition himself to somewhere he wasn't fated to be, and be the only one who can remember what happened. Anything that he was fated to interact with still reacts in the same way, regardless of the fact that it no longer has his input. The example of this given by the video (thanks for that btw) is that if Diavolo was fated to pick up a rock and throw it, but used King Crimson to erase that moment in time, the rock would still rise up and be thrown on its own, even though Diavolo wasn't able to interact with it, with the rock being pulled along by Fate.
The (assumed) idea here is that Diavolo would be fated to attack Macbeth- let's say with a sword for the sake of simplicity- but uses King Crimson to erase the moment in time where he does so. Would the sword animating itself via Fate to attack Macbeth be able to kill him, since Diavolo technically never picked up the sword at all?
To be frank... I don't think so. If Diavolo does not use King Crimson's ability in this scenario, Macbeth survives the attack due to Diavolo being a man of woman born, and therefore unable to kill Macbeth. So, if Diavolo is fated to attack Macbeth, Diavolo is also fated to fail at killing Macbeth, right? Since the world still acts as if Diavolo was going along his fated path during the erased time, the sword would still act as if it was being wielded by a man of woman born, and would therefore still fail at killing Macbeth.
If Fate attacking Macbeth without Diavolo were able to kill him, then Fate would still be able to kill Macbeth in ANY scenario, which effectively renders the prophecy meaningless, as any attack done against Macbeth is technically done by Fate. And besides, "the forces of Fate made me kill him" probably isn't gonna hold up in court.
For the record, Diavolo has other stuff going on (precognition, an alternate personality, etc.) but I don't really think any of it comes into play nearly as much as the time erasure power, and even then it probably wouldn't work.
Thank you for your submission!

Inbox Update
((Hey, y'all. Getting right to the point, Mod Pepper and I have talked about some stuff and we've decided that the best course of action for the blog right now is to purge the rest of the asks currently in the inbox and open it up from scratch.
This is mainly because on a lot of our recent posts, the people who sent in the asks have been responding with something to the effect of "Oh, hey, I completely forgot I submitted this!", which tells us that it probably wouldn't be that big of a deal to you guys to do this. If you've been waiting for your ask to be answered, you can feel free to re-submit it once the inbox is open again.
Currently, there are still 50 asks in the backlog, and for me personally, it's been pretty discouraging/overwhelming, so we're hoping that restarting it will help with that sort of energy. I'm not expecting it to completely reignite my desire to post on this blog every single day or anything like that- I'm gonna be focusing on taking it easy mostly- but I think it'll still help a little with my mental state currently.
Don't expect the inbox to be open again today, but it should be up and running sometime this week. Thanks for your patience with how long it's been closed. Love you all!
TL;DR: Everything left in the current inbox is being deleted and asks will be open sometime this week. If you were waiting on something, feel free to submit it again once it opens. <3
-Mod Anthem))
#im gonna be trying my best to chill out with this blog and take it at my own pace#ive been worrying way too much about what other theoretical people think of it and it has caused.
