Just saying, if you want a real experience with monster-taming, there are other games besides Palworld.

I'm neutral about Palworld, but I'd rather play a game made with a ton of love and care (like Cassette Beasts).

Pokemon/Digimon: Waaaay to wildly popular. I had them in the last poll and they basically dominated it all, so I wanted to shine the light on these gems!

Palworld: I know its new, that's not why its not included. The company fully supports AI/GPT and I can't in good conscious include it. I'll include a link in the reblog for more info on it, cause I still don't know if they still shadowban posts with links in em initially.

Guys just.

Just play Ark: Survival evolved, I promise it is waayyyy better than Palworld looks wise and it has a vague story and it's not from nft+ai art people. That, too, has guns. It's the exact same game cycle from what I can tell.

Oh you want monster tamers? Nexomon. Nexomon:Extinction. Cassette Beasts. I'm not a fan of Coromon but that's an option too. Moonstone Island. There's a lot of them that are cool and have probably better stories to tell

.... And in most cases you can buy them and ark and it'll be cheaper

(Just to be clear I am ripping on it because of devs doing things and usually abandoning EA games, but if you liked it because you sailed the seas, go ahead. Or even if you didn't, your choice in the end, have fun with whatever, but it's far from my cup of tea)

Over a year ago I was playing a game called Nexomon. When Luhava showed up in an encounter, I was both confused yet interested in the design that I did a quick sketch at the time. I chose to work on it this weekend as an excuse to practice hatching. Got a way to go with my pravticing, but it was a nice time.

This week a smidge late, but it’s Frulf (Mineral Mega Rare) and Velokitti (Electric Starter)!

If you haven’t picked up, I’m randomly grabbing one Mega Rare and one Starter for these fusions, since there’s one per element of each. So while my original plan was just to do a few for June, I’m likely going to just finish up the list (so 7 fusions total).
