Another Pasta Night for the books! This quick and easy pasta with spinach and vodka sauce took me all of 8 minutes to make. Step 1 cook the past. Step 2 add @bertolli_us vodka sauce and spinach. Step 3 grate cheese and Enjoy! I used 1/3 of the local pasta I picked up from @deanospasta and some vodka sauce I had in the fridge along with the cheese from two other recipes I made last week! The solo living series continues with a week of pasta dishes. Tonight at Casa de Cayce it’s Pasta alla Carbonara! This Carbonara pasta was super easy to make and extremely delicious. Carbonara is one of my favorite things to order at an Italian restaurant and I was so excited to be making it at home for the first time. The pasta is fresh made daily pasta from a local pasta maker and I picked up the thick cut bacon from my local butcher. The cheese and eggs I already had on hand and sprinkled with a bit of love I had a really fun time making this dish.
