The rainfall in Los Angeles is not a Constant. Los Angeles is in a Semi-Arid Region, and receives an average of less than 15 inches of rainfall per year. The rainfall each year is heavily skewed toward less than 10 inches, which is classified as Drought conditions. There are a few years with Extremely High Rainfall amounts that raise the Average much higher than it should be.

The Atlantic Tropical Storms and Hurricanes, and their Intensities, do not follow the changes in Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide and Average Global Temperature. The Temperature has a Multi-Decadal Lag relative to any Increase in Carbon Dioxide. Tropical Storms and Hurricanes do not increase until about 30-40 years after the Average Global Temperature starts increasing.
