Side effects

I am on 36mg of Concerta XL. I noticed during my 1st week at work I was having palpitations all the time and my heart rate was so fast. I felt out of breath a lot of the time and felt like I would pass out when going up stairs. When I first upped my does I had palpitations for the 1st 30mins or so after I took my tablet. I thought that it was anxiety of my new job but then realised it was to do with side effects.

I did no realise how important routine was until I didn't have one. Those 14 weeks of doing very little had a huge impact on my mental health. Day 2 of my new job and I am already falling into a morning routine. Which involves Isaac sitting watching me do my hair and make up. He needs to wash his face as he has his breakfast on his nose!

First day nerves

I was offered this job in July and should have started in August but because of my ADHD they needed a report from occupational report. Because of multiple fuck-ups from the company doing the report, my specialist the report took 10 weeks. Then another 4 weeks before I got my start date from HR as they are known to work at a snails pace. I had worked my notice at my old job (for the same company) and then was told I could not start until they received the report!! Having no routine my ADHD started playing up. I would watch youtube for hours on end and not do house work. I sink deeper into my depression and my anxiety was turned up to 10 all because I had nothing to distract me. I tried setting my alarm for 7am so I got up. I would just turn it off. I started not sleeping great then developed insomnia. I would go 3 or 4 day with no sleep at all. If I managed to sleep I would get a few hours. Today I finally start my new job. Lets do this!!
