i just found out my friend didn’t even consider this possibility before i mentioned it as if it was an obvious fact, so: do u guys also just immediately figured that victoria justice was picked to be “nickelodeon’s hannah montana” despite not being the best performer because someone had a gross pedo crush on her since they worked w her on zoey 101? like i really hate to say this but i’ve always just thought they made that choice cause it was so comfortable to invest on an actress they had built a relationship with since she was a kid so she probably had a more “compliant” personality because of it

yess and i used to think that was the only reason, yk, to maybe irritate her, but i had just watched it again and when she asks “how come i’m the dumb one” and he goes “shhh” she doesn’t seem to rly mind it much and he doesn’t seem to want her to. and i thought to myself “well i definitely wouldnt cast cat as the dumb one either” cause like maybe she wouldn’t get the joke and her performance might be affected by that + it would seem like the audience was supposed to be laughing directly at her, and that’s just mean, so, well. now i headcanon that beck thought of all of that lol

Hey, I have an interesting Victorious headcanon for you. Jade is actually a much bigger fan of grunge music and wants to make that her style rather than goth music. Idk random thought.

that’s good, she does seem like the kind of person who secretly likes things that aren’t that edgy. honestly, i have no idea what kind of music she’d be into, i never rly thought ab it. i tend to project my personal taste onto characters that dress and/or behave and/or have the same personality traits as me (so, jade and sam), and i listen to punk and metal (and hozier lol) but idk if those fit jade. tbh i don’t know what goth music would even be

okay, the length of quinton reviews’ videos is one of the things i love the most about them, because i want content and i can’t get enough, and i looove to hear him rambling ab details of the series that actually aren’t meaningful to the review itself at all, and i don’t mind it when he talks about different topics that i have no interest in (like when he goes on ab garfield for several minutes) cause he’s still funny and it makes the videos last more. BUT. does anyone else feel like on the sam & cat video he started to take way too long to say/do things on screen that just could’ve been said/done much, MUCH faster and more smoothly? like, at some point by the end of the first one his microphone keeps falling off and it’s just a few minutes of dead silence while he fixes it. dude. why did u keep that footage. i genuinely can’t tell if it’s supposed to be funny or if he’s so annoyed by it that he wants to annoy the viewers fr too lol, but either way it just drags itself so much? like OH MY GOD MAN if the scene actually doesn’t have any words whatsoever just CUT IT SHORT
