I haven’t been on tumblr in years and I’m surprised that you still post. Holy shit.
A year in your world is but a day in mine, you're just a flicker, sparking impermanently against the endless eruptions of a star.

Please help the family of a non-verbal autistic child (who has been losing weight because he only eats certain kinds of food, largely unavailable during this time) leave Gaza!

Okay, so when I made this post about the PCRF, I noticed there were a lot of people in the notes who found it helpful that I had walked them through the process of donating.
And now that things are changing and some aid groups are pulling out of gaza due to this incident, it's being strongly reccomended that donations go to the fundraisers of those in Gaza wishing to leave.
So I thought I would walk people through donating on GoFundMe. It's very simple and takes less than five minutes (even less than that if you already have an account).
As you probably know GoFundMe's minimum donation is $5.00.
GoFundMe also gives the option to tip their platform. It is not mandatory and you can set this amount to $0. That's what I did, as I couldn't find any information on what they actually do with the tips.
GoFundMe asks for your zip code, email, and card information to process a donation. They do not ask for your address. There are no additional processing fees and no taxes.
If you have $5 to spare, click this link or this link that lead to VERIFIED fundraising campaigns of those in Gaza who are looking to leave. These pages are called Funds for Gaza and Operation Olive Branch respectively. I also made a post here with a few evacuation campaigns from Funds for Gaza.
Even just $5 and five minutes of your time can help someone! It really is very easy and very quick!

Just got asked by my adhd stoner roommate if, in my “professional opinion” as an English major, I agreed that vowels were the nouns of the alphabet
So now I pose the question to you, because I was able to come up with and explain my answer, and now I want to know how that goes down with the rest of us.
Just in case anybody needs a key to help them consider this very important question…
Vowels = A E I O U (and sometimes Y)
Nouns = people places and objects (fox, dog)
Verbs = action words (jump)
Adjectives = descriptors (quick, red, lazy, brown)
