My take is that I frankly don't care when the next ACOTAR book comes out. I'm actually cool with it taking so long and perhaps taking even longer. I'm having such a fun, silly, goofy time with the fanfiction of this universe, whether it's reading or writing it, that I'm vibing as is. A new book might just interrupt the experience I'm currently having to be honest. People are so wound up in ship wars, while I'm kicking my feet reading about a Nesta/Azriel/Eris throuple and writing about bisexual Gwyneth Berdara. I'm good, babe, you don't gotta worry about me.

And to round out the fancasting of my favorite ACOTAR characters (who all just happen to be redheads; if you see me projecting, no you don't), I'll be submitting Kennedy Walsh as Gwyn. Azzie, baby, I GET IT.

My FAVORITE romantasy trope is the damsel in false distress. She's been taken/missing/M.I.A., and her friends/family/companions are FREAKING OUT trying to find her.

"Her captor is a monster!" "She'll never make it out alive!" "She must be in so much pain!" "She must be so scared!" "Oh, what they must be doing to her, I can't imagine the horror!"

And she's absolutely THRIVING. None the wiser; couldnt be bothered with whoever is looking for her. Having the best sex of her life. Being worshipped like a goddess. GALAVANTING. FROLICKING.

I live for that reveal.
