This is so motivating
tips from someone who lost 18 lbs in 9 days
keep in mind i was and am currently at a rlly hw! so you might not be able to drop as much but you will still see results if you try out some of these tips and stay disciplined
have a fun fantasy! roleplay a little!
for example, i recently had a falling out with a friend and everytime i want to eat i imagine her watching me go into the kitchen and eat what im craving. after that i decide that i no longer want it and i go distract myself until the thought is gone.
if you have an ex you hate, just imagine him seeing you at the store after months of being super disciplined, wearing the outfit you’ve been waiting to wear, and imagine him going home and stalking your instagram and sending a pathetic little message to you! or walking up to you, whatever the case may be! it’s ur fantasy! get creative! write it down if you have to!
you’re a victoria secret model and you have literally a week to lose 3 pounds!
spend a lot of time thinking about your goals every single day, run the numbers every single day!
so on my calorie tracker app, every single day that i’m consistently counting my calories and im under my calorie goal, it pops up with a notification where it says “congrats, your projection date is xyz, and it changes by a few days every single day that im under! that little thing gives me so much motivation to keep going because originally my projection date was may of 2027 or something crazy and now it’s january 21 of 2026, and getting closer every. single. day.
I also talk about the food i eat so much! and my methods sooo much! i love sharing information to literally anyone who posts an advice thing, or anyone who messages me. i love wasting time being like “omg yeah i was totally gonna eat this but like omg just wayyy too many calories” like it’s my favorite thing in the world to do.
i also love running my numbers through weight loss calculators and i especially love running numbers i’ve already done, like losing 18 pounds in 9 days, apparently it’s impossible but i literally did that! wake up from fasting losing 2 pounds? that’s literally what someone else is doing in a WEEK! it’s amazing!
i also spend a lot of time researching keto, fasting, and transformation photos!
think about the benefits of your ed
this can literally be anything, but for me, i used to doordash food all the time to my job, and even if i didn’t do that, i was picking up fast food before i went to work which cost me so much money.
all the money i spent on food this week was $22. all i had to buy to feed me for a week was some premade chicken, 3 tomatoes, an avocado, and some gatorade zero for electrolytes between my regular water. I could literally spend $22 on one meal at mcdonald’s!
another one is me realizing that i have the drive and strength to do something even if ive failed before, maintaining control of my eating for almost 2 weeks has given me confidence in my academic abilities as well!
buy something cute that you’ll be able to fit in at your ugw
i have a size small victoria’s secret pair of shorts that are so so cute and i want to wear them so bad. when im at home and i get hungry and think about ordering a 10 piece boneless hawaiian combo from wingstop and dunking it in hella ranch and shoving 4 fries in my mouth at once, i literally will go in my room and try these size small shorts on. they won’t go past my knees. and i think about how NOT worth it those wings are. if i’m at work or away from home i just put that visual in my mind!
keep gatorade zero ON DECK!
when i literally feel like passing out, instead of just reaching for food, i reach for a gatorade zero, electrolytes, electrolytes, electrolytes ALWAYS!
it actually doesn’t have to be gatorade zero, that’s just what i prefer because i prefer regular water over flavored water, but they have packets you can buy too!
walking to get your food
if you must binge, you should NOT let yourself doordash it. if it’s really something you want, you need to walk to subway,mcdonald’s, walmart, wherever to get it!
i did this to get subway the other day!
give your food away
speaking of the subway sandwich i was just talking about, i only allowed myself to have half of it, but i knew if i just kept the sandwich laying around, there was a 50/50 chance i was gonna eat it.
(keep in mind that im kinda a picky eater and loooove plain food, so thats probably why this works out for me, so if you’re a girlie or guy who likes divisive food like black olives, or pickles, or stuff like that, consider ordering ur food more plain so its easier to give away lol)
so instead of giving myself that option i have the other half of my sandwich to my coworker! you get to look like a sweet person and you dont have the option of eating it anymore! my coworkers never have issues taking food from me so it works out really well!
feed your food to your dog (if it’s safe)/stray dogs
i eat mostly plain foods like i said, and always make sure to google it to make sure it’s safe, but if you’re worried about wasting food by throwing it away (or scared you’re gonna dig it out of the trashcan? i read about that in Jeanette mccurdys book) just give it to your dog fr.
doesn’t even have to be your dog, maybe do something sweet and find a stray dog/cat to give your food to, they need it more than you i’m sure.
take payment off of your apps
this is more so if you eat fast food a lot (which i did) but make it harder but removing your payment methods off your phone, so it’s not quick and easy!
watch nasty mukbangs
there’s this girl on tiktok who ate candied chipotle and 10 patties on a 5 guys burger. to be honest the food wasn’t that unappealing to me because i was literally starving, but the comments! read the comments mamas!
do something to your appearance that makes you feel confident!
seeing potential in yourself does wonders for your self esteem and gives you the strength to aspire to something.
some things you could do that give quick results:
~ dyeing your hair lighter for summer (or darker if you prefer, even doing highlights, or a streak!)
~ cutting your bangs (do lots of research on things that would flatter ur face and how to cut! or you could just go to a professional lol i’m just a diy-er)
~ doing your eyebrows! (if you’re not confident have someone else do it! not worth messing your eyebrows up!”
~ do lash clusters/strip lashes (again do some research on what looks good on you! i find that shorter soft/fluffy lashes are way more flattering on me than 99% of lashes available! so search things like “lash clusters for almond shaped eyes” “lash extensions for wide set eyes” etc, personalize it for you!
~ use an eyebrow razor to shave off the little peach fuzzies off ur face (makes ur skin look sm more even and clear! and makes ur skincare products work better!)
~ do your skincare routine (exfoliating always makes the biggest difference to me! and this isn’t so much about what you see in the mirror bc my skin gets really red over the smallest thing, but just about how ur skin FEELS, like you just feel so much better!)
~ waxing (always makes me feel nice and makes my skin look clearer! there’s a bit more upkeep because of the risks of ingrowns, but it’s sooo worth it! i make my own sugar wax and just use strips and it’s cheap and easy! keep in mind this might be very painful for some people! when i waxed my friends legs she tapped out after 5 minutes, so do ur arms or legs first to see where you fall before doing somewhere like your armpit or bikini.)
*if ur waxing ur bikini area by urself please just use hard wax that you can buy on amazon, it’s a nightmare for me personally trying to use sugar wax.
~ take a shower! and enjoy it! (i recently started wearing lotion and perfume after every single shower and i highly suggest it! makes u feel so beautiful!)

1. Snow White🍎❄️ today you’ll feel magically full by eating 1 red apple and 1 green apple before 6pm
2. The little mermaid🧜♀️🎀 she’s the ‘little’ mermaid for a reason, we will enjoy drinking a looot of water, and zero sugar/diet sodas
3. Cinderella🫧👸🏼today we will fuel our bodies with no more than 500cals, but careful, before 12:00 in the morning
4. Sleeping Beauty🎀🩰 3 bites of whatever food you want 2 times a day
5. Belle🌼📚 fifth day already!!! good job we’re almost halfway there! today you’ll eat 450 calories, and drink tea when you feel hunger
6. Jasmine🩵🧞♀️yummy! fruits and veggies all day, no more than 500 calories tho^^
7. Pocahontas🌞🪵 raw food only!! 400 calories will be the perfect amount for today
8. Mulan🗡️🦢 Green health tea for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch a cup of white delicious rice

I read 'Looking For Alaska' yesterday and holy hell I feel seen in a weird way
Also the way nobody really cared much for Alaska when she was upset made me so angry but at the same time that's really human unfortunately.
I think we're just wired to be selfish people and that's why we only look for fragments of others that complement fragments of ourselves. It's like we're trying to find pieces of broken glass to fit together in a beautiful mosaic-style piece of art to fill spaces on the walls of our own rooms. We only pick the best pieces since we want our walls to look good, and the best pieces depend on the person looking at them.
I really went off on a tangent there- woops- but this book has disturbed me silently and I'm clawing for meaning.

So helpful
I usually avoid tumblr out of shame after a binge but I wanted to make a list of all the negative feelings that come immediately after and things to remind myself next time
I feel so physically uncomfortable
I feel ugly
My clothes look ugly
Stomach cramps
Teeth feel fuzzy
Gassy
Guilt and self hate
I feel heavy and moving takes more effort
I’m bloated
I feel like a failure with no self respect or control
I feel lethargic
I’m now in a shit mood and taking it out on people around me
I feel sick
I wasted money on mid food when there are 5000 things I’d rather save money for
The short term satisfaction was not worth it. It felt good for literally the few seconds the food was in my mouth and now I hate myself
The cravings will pass
Feeling empty is so much better than feeling full
Idc if you’re on your period. Grow up

However hungry you are right now, you can wait until you get home where there is plenty of healthy food that won’t make you feel guilt
No, you don’t need to buy the box of snacks just to have on hand because you can practise restraint and only have one. You will eat the whole box. Save your money, don’t even go into the shop
I’m further from my goals than I was this morning
I had come this far without binging and now I’ve ruined my progress and have to start again
I’m terrified to weigh myself tomorrow instead of excited to see how much I lost
The longer i go without a binge, the easier it gets
The post binge clarity has me stressing the fuck out but what’s done is done, all I can do now is try to be better.

Your Ana guide of 2025
“We’re all winter girls this year!”
Effective tips
- drink 500 ml of water before you eat (can be ice cold or warm)
- cut all your food into small pieces (half,then cut the half ibi quarters,etc)
- don’t binge or purge, it’s worse than restricting
- don’t do high intensity exercises because they make you hungrier
- avoid doing a keto diet,yes I know.
- eat your dinner late so you won’t binge
- skip breakfast
- avoid chewing and spitting ,focus on restriction instead
- have a long time before your next meal for proper digestion like 7-9 hours
- try to eat homemade food 80 percent of the time
- go on the 5 bite diet
- go on the treadmill 2-3 times a week and burn 500 cals or go every other day and burn 200
- always find excuses to not eat like “I’m not hungry”,” I just recently ate lunch by thank you!” “Sorry, I have a stomach we”, “I feel sick, I think I’m going to lie down”
- always say no when people offer you food
- if you can’t estimate the calories of it or don’t know the exact ones,don’t eat it
- drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water daily
- don’t eat fast food,pizza,cookies,biscuits,chips,cinnamon rolls,cereal,Nutella,pb and j,candy,chocolate,fries and burgers (unless it’s homemade or air fried),cakes,cupcakes,
- eat\drink oatmeal,soups,rice cakes,rice,pasta,salmon,tuna,chicken,beef,bread,diet sodas,yogurt,tea,coffee,fruits,vegetables
- eat sometimes or rarely pancakes,waffles and pizza (1 a month only)
- eat in front of family so they don’t get suspicious
- keep busy to avoid eating ; watch movies and tv shows,read books,exercise,stretch,draw,paint,listen to music,go on TikTok or tumblr,watch YouTube,crochet,talk to friends,etc
- do multiple diets so you always know what’s your calorie limit or plan ; this avoids binges
- stop doing metabolism days,they are a myth and just an excuse to shove food in your mouth, just keep restricting even more once you reach a plateau
- do cardio first to get rid of fat,then Pilates to tone yourself
- skip as much meals as you can and replace them with drinks (tea,coffee,water,monster,smoothies,etc)
- if your stomach is really and I mean REALLY flat at ANY point of the day, not just when you wake up, that means you’ve been starving yourself effectively so continue doing it UNLESS someone asks “did you eat?” Then that’s your signal to eat or drink something so they don’t get suspicious
How to survive eating out or at restaurants
- share your food with a family member or a friend,let them eat most of it like all the fries and you can just eat your burger or cut the burger and fries into half
- NEVER say yes to dessert or if you don’t,don’t be eating a meal as well! Trust me,desserts are usually high calorie
- always order Diet Coke or water or any other diet beverage
- eat slowly and cut your food into small pieces
- sit up straight while you eat so your digestion is good and you can tell when your hungry
- use less or no sauces
[alternative* don’t go out to eat and just air-fry a burger and fries (preferably 10-12 fries) at home,pick your lowest calorie bread and cut off all the crust,add some tomatoes,drink a Diet Coke or water with it and use less sauces! This will usually come around to 250-400 calories for everything which isn’t too bad than an 1200 meal at a restaurant)
- drink lots of water before and after your meal
- ask your family and friends if they want to walk after eating (usually they would as it’s good to walk after eating) this will burns cals and help your digestion!
Getting into the honey moon phase
My method for getting yourself into restrictions of all types or a “honeymoon phase”.
- drink tea right when you wake up
- 5 after after that, eat a small lunch. Preferably, home cooked food that either you or your parents made (like rice and salmon or some pasta and beef) Make sure it’s a SMALL meal
- don’t eat or drink ANYTHING for the next 9 hours
- you should notice your stomach is super flat right now like REALLy flat as you only drank tea and has a very small meal for kind
- it’s probably late now, around 10-12 at night so grab a Diet Coke and whatever you want to eat
( hint: it CAN be something like fast food or not, if it’s pizza then grab the thinnest,smallest slice. If it’s a burger,cut it into half/a quarter and eat it,its fries only eat 5 of them)
- drink more tea then go to bed
- weigh yourself the next morning (you’ll lose a lot don’t worry)
- because you lost a lot,now you’ll be motivated to continue starving and BOOm honeymoon phase is back and better than ever.
