My fav soup recipe right now:
2-4 onions
garlic as much as you like (I use a lot)
2-3 bell peppers
-> Cut, put in a pot and heat them. Add some boiling water and cook until they're soft. I use pepper, curry and clove to season.
Put them in a blender and put back to the pot with crushed tomato / tomato paste (400-500 g).
Let it cook for a moment and it's done!
You can eat it with fat free cottage cheese if you want to add protein 🤍
I don't know about exact calories for this recipe (feel free to give your estimate) but it's all veggies!
(You end up with quite a lot of soup with this recipe, feel free to use less of any of the ingredients. I don't think the ratios are that important, do what you like!)
