istg every time i have a breakdown it's set off by the tiniest thing but a result of a lot of shit. in this case it was the fact that my phone was on 93% and still said it was gonna be 2+ hours until full and i had to borrow my dads charger and literally just saying what happened with it made me start crying and it's for a shit ton of other reasons too and i hate it i have so much anxiety i need therapy
