Part of me thinks they put so much production value into the festival setlist that they're gonna keep everything the same for the fall tour.
But another part of me needs to believe they HAVE to see the chokehold Gethsemane has on literally everyone right now and add that into the setlist.
#sleep token#although the power of gethsemane live might be a health and safety hazard#also i hope they dont add it bc im not going

I didn't take as many photos or videos as I might've liked because my phone was dying and I forgot my charger in the car but it also forced me to like. Watch it. I don't even care about the rain it was a rad show and their visuals were awesome.

Well I saw MOST of a Bad Omens show lmao.
Jk they only had to cut one song.
Unfortunately it was The Grey.
But watching Dethrone in pouring rain is an experience.

If a girl is to do the same superman thing where he takes off his disguise, we just look pervy. Not the same effect

Yeah yeah yeah the ending of Squid Game was bleak as hell but super fitting for the Themes etc but I still did cackle at THAT cameo in the final scene. And then wonder how much they got paid for a single line of dialogue.

The Barricade Brigade and their ilk for other bands have sucked all the joy out of lining up early. It used to be that half the fun of going to a show was lining up early in the morning, making friends with other people crazy enough to do that, and reconnecting with your concert buddies the next time a band rolls through town.
Now it's like, get there five days early. Find a self-proclaimed line leader or whatever the TOP kids were up to the last time they toured. Get a number sharpied on your hand. Fight people disputing their spot in line in mortal combat. Never make friends ever and trust no one.
There is nothing about all this that is that serious.
You probably can't stop the Barricade Brigade but I promise you it's not worth it. Let them frustrate themselves and ruin their own experience by being in a bitchy mood the whole time. You do you and don't worry about it. Sometimes the most fun people at a show are the ones dancing and singing their hearts out at the back of the pit. Go hang out with them.
These venues are so huge that I promise you the barricade isn't even all that great anyway.
did the barricade brigade go broke after the swarm tour or are they going to be back camping at the front of lines and complaining when disabled people get let in first?
#signed: someone who has been to a ton of shows#the stage will be so high and the barricade genuinely won't be the best spot to watch it from#also with a b-stage and possibly cat walk there will be SO much barricade real estate#i've gone to shows where people camped out for days to get barricade#and then i've ended up directly behind them when i showed up an hour before doors#i've also waltzed in well after doors and gotten barricade#(you can do that if you're good at throwing elbows lmao you gotta know how to move and not make it look deliberate)#(or pick out the Weak Ones who won't last in a rough crowd and make your move when they get pulled out)#but nowadays i am happy to let the kids have their weird barricade rituals#and i'll just chill and make sure i can enjoy the show stress free#i am SO glad i have nosebleeds for my MCR date because i do not have the energy for this bullshit#the first time i saw MCR it was 2003 okay i am TIRED#also depending on set times i wanna try to see a band at the CNE right before lmao#but i don't wanna miss the pixies#anyway

Today I encountered an especially pathetic Italian greyhound. His owner told me that a gust of wind once blew him into a lake.

Randomly curious:

Everyone I know would know of these, and many would have some in their kitchens. So now I'm curious how far that knowledge goes.
#what kind of bougie corn cob holders are these#they are meant to be CORN SHAPED#and also just loose in your cutlery drawer#so there's always a non-zero chance that you will#a) only be able to find one#and b) impale a finger on one trying to dig it out

They are just never all dressed like they're going to the same event.
tt3 is excellent but sometimes mark outcunts the other two so catastrophically that the universe needs jason and or robbie to balance out the servocity
