Assclass actor AU

I’ve seen a ton of people doing it and I love all of them and if any of you create anymore I would loved to be tagged in them but anyway here’s mine

To start off, Asano and Maehara played best friends in another show (in a Disney show like Sam & cat or icarly) for years so their pretty close, it’s not uncommon to see them come to set together or Asano come bring Maehara food on days he doesn’t have to come on set

Karma is actually so shy in person omg bless him he apologizes after filming whenever he has to be mean to someone (which is 90% of the time)

Everyone was secretly scared of Kayano when they first started cause she’s been in big films and seemed so Sophisticated

They can never find Gakushuu and Rio when their needed 😭 their supposed to be on the field and their in the pool

The kids genuinely like to mess with the principal

He shows up to set late once and their like “do you have a late pass?” “I was in a car accident on the way here” “hmm that gonna be a tardy then, We’ll be contacting your parents”

Terasaka had beef with one of the extras for the main campus and no one really knows why

Their always singing some Disney song when their not acting

Hayami does her own stunts but Chiba has a stunt double and she’s constantly calling him chicken (in an affectionate way)

Isogai heard Gakushuu and Karma arguing and went to break it up preaching about accepting differences and all that and turns out they were just practicing lines lmao

Irina is so chaotic and talks to herself and has mini fits when she can’t get her lines right and it’s hilarious

Principal Asano, Koro Sensie, Irina, and Karasuma all sitting in a room talking about them damn kids

Karma thought that Nagisa, Terasaka, and Gakushuu genuinely hated him by the end of the filming cause of how his character acted towards them and was so sad poor thing

Ofc! 💜 I also like to pretend Gakuhou actually got some therapy and not a half ass redemption ark ok we love to see it everyone’s fav father son duo

Gakushuu + Gakuhou Headcannons

Sorry this is late but I wanted to save it for Gakushuu’s bday!

Just letting you know rn no amount of therapy in the world is ever going to make them a “normal” family lmao but they do get better at understanding each other and not making everything a life or death situation

Gakuhou is still really hard on him, sometimes even sounding like his old manipulative self but most of the time he’s able to catch himself and express the fact that he just wants his son to be happy

Gakushuu still obviously has a lot of trauma because 14 years of mental and psychological abuse just doesn’t go away after a few long talks and therapy sessions but he does make an effort because he can see his father is trying

Don’t worry tho everything is still a competition between them

Who cooks the best? Who’s better at predicting movies? Who can solve the crosswords faster?

I don’t see Gakushuu as a morning person and since Gakuhou gets up at 3am to go jogging Gakushuu is just standing at the window watching him leave like

Gakuhou really wants to have a normal relationship with his son. Gakushuu is not having it because he was not raised normal and he is going to make it everyone’s problem

If gakuhou tries to do any sort of normal bonding activity like movies or games or sports it’s always met with either “why” or straight up “no”

Their literally so funny with their arguments because their both stubborn and think it’s impossible for them to be wrong

Gakuhou is so nosy when it comes to any aspect of his son’s life. Who’s he dating? Who is he friends with? Where does he go everyday? He’s got to know.

So Gakushuu has a shirt that says “none of your business father”

It’s ok they love each other they just have their own little ways of expressing it

Headcannons for a Gakashuu/Nagisa friendship?

Nagisa + Gakushuu Friendship Headcannons

Their friendship revolves a lot around Karma, so I can’t see them being friends without Karma and Gakushuu being on at least civil terms

That being said their favorite bonding activity is talking about how much they hate him lmao

From the first time they met it’s like

Gakushuu: look at that idiot

Nagisa: I know. It’s my idiot.

They remind me of the type of friends you see on a sitcom where one is overly assertive and mean and the other one is sweet and quiet

Gakushuu legally can’t be mean to Nagisa. He’s a coward.

Gakushuu most definitely was able to pick up on Nagisa’s weird vibe that drove Karma away, and it probably kinda freaked him out too

He probably didn’t run, but he’s always been warry of him from then on

They bond over trauma from their parents, and they talk a lot since they both are confident the other won’t say anything and there’s just something about confiding in a person that’s almost a stranger, but not really?

They talk about true crime together cause they both know way too much about the subject to not freak other people out with it 

I can picture them being good friends in college after everything happened and they both had time to process and heal from their experiences 

Pls they don’t be around these two if you don’t like dark humor its all they do 

There is no such thing as a “line” with them anything and everything is free game

They are both always tired. They fall asleep on each other 24/7 and it’s cute but also concerning.

Hahaha this is funny. The big five all have gravely different personalities to me so them all trying to put their opinion on what he should do, how should he dress, where to go etc would be hilarious. And even tho Ren has the most experience, he’s being ignored lmao

For this to go remotely anywhere in the right direction it’s best Gakushuu just go with his instincts. And even that’s going to be a disaster lol he doesn’t know what real feelings are

Big Five celebrating Christmas headcanons? (Feel free to include Karma, Yuuji, or any other character you'd like)

Ofc! Happy Holidays to all my followers, no matter what or how you celebrate I hope you have a good time and come into the new year with good vibes

Big Five Celebrating Christmas Headcannons

They can try to plan for it, it’s not gonna work. Something is gonna go wrong, that leads to a domino affect and makes everything else go haywire

They don’t celebrate on Christmas but probably the weekend before it because one of them is always gone on Christmas

Gakushuu is Pagan and doesn’t celebrate Christmas but he still gives gifts and comes to the celebrations to be nice and recognize the importance of it to his friends

Their Christmas tradition is going to Araki’s house and having a sleepover cause his older sister makes the best food/sweets ever

Someone else always ends up stopping by to give presents or hang out and usually it’s someone from A class but one time Karma came by to give Gakushuu a present

Everyone was confused but was like aye it’s a free gift it’s a waste to throw it out even tho Gakushuu was acting suspicious of it then he opened it and whipped cream exploded all over him

Yuji joined them one year because his parents were in town and they went to a Christmas party for an office deal or smth like that and Seo was one of the only people he knew close enough to not think they were an axe murderer

These mfs get competitive. Af. This is not what the season is about guys smh

Building gingerbread houses, picking the best Christmas horror movie, it’s all a competition

They do secret Santa but all of them always make little presents with small goodies for all the others who weren’t their secret Santa

It’s always hard for them to do Secret Santa tho cause whenever they get ready to pull names someone always starts begging to be in it too but they manage

Ren gets the best presents because he’s very thoughtful about people he actually values and doesn’t care about price tags lmao

Koyama makes everyone homemade ornaments with their names on it (if you’ve never received or gotten one of these I highly recommend it’s cheep and it’s honestly one of my favorite things my friend made me one and someone knocked the bag that it was in Over at school and it broke and I cried every 2 hours until she gave me a new one the next day)

Gakushuu just gave Isogai a Christmas gift one year. He mailed it to his house since they didn’t go to the same school anymore but it just shook everyone. Look at him trying to change for the better.

Ok another idea: Yuuji gets a girlfriend

This one is set in the "Yuuji and the Big Five" AU/post-canon thing we've created. I want Yuuji to get a girlfriend because he was heartbroken by Nagisa's reveal.

But it's not just anyone, imagine it's a girl Ren's been pursuing, but she keeps telling him off (Ren interprets this as playing hard to get)

However, she falls for Yuuji and asks him out, then they start dating. Ren is just...how? Why? What about him? And now Gakushuu is left to deal with a very sad, very emotional Ren and his very emotional, sappy poetry.

Do whatever you want with this idea

Ok Luna I love this idea because even tho when I first read it it immediately came across as a comedy idea about friends squabble but depending on how strong Yuji’s relationship with the big five is at the time it can change directions

So obviously if they’ve been friends for a long time at this point, it’s kind of like “ok Ren she never liked you anyway get over it” and Ren just. Being dramatic as always. We love him for it. But he’s over it in the next week because he’s Ren.

But also if his relationship with them was weak or non existent, the big five are obviously not gonna like him very much on principle because he stole the girl their friend was after.

Que them trying to get some kind of revenge on him but they can’t do it in their usual way by influence because Yuji’s father is a very powerful man, and he’s very popular among the students for being nice and smart and all that good stuff.

But eventually Gakushuu is gonna pull the strings together and realize that hey if we had this dude on our side it could do us a lot of good and Ren is just like ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOT

Ren: tell me what’s on your mind. I won’t be mad. I’m your best friend. Just Rip the bandage off

Gakushuu: we should be friends with Yuji

Ren: put the bandage back on

Actor AU part 2

Watch me slide this in a month late lmao

A lot of the kids have disabilities, even if they aren’t visible and the show raised a lot of money for children’s hospitals that focus on physical therapy and mental health

For example, Terasaka wasn’t supposed to be a “loud dumb delinquent” he was supposed to actually to be one of those kids that’s like quiet and airheaded (for lack of a better word) but he’s deaf in one ear, so he comes across as loud a lot of time without meaning to, so directors just made it part of his character so he wouldn’t feel so bad about it ❤️

Gakushuu has dyslexia and Gakuhou was so patient with him when practicing lines, it helped a lot to not feel stressed

When Nagisa saw how his character took notes on Koro sensie’s weeknesses, he started taking notes on what the other people on set liked so he could get them good Christmas gifts since he’s one of those people who hate the stereotypical gifts people get others cause they don’t bother to find out what they like

Gakushuu is shorter than most people there but also not like Nagisa or Itona short but it’s never noticeable because there aren’t a lot of scenes where he’s right next to someone, and if there is it’s not a full body shot so he demands to stand on a box or smth lol

Rio is like Elizabeth Gillies (Jade West’s actor) but with an opposite aesthetic

Karma has social anxiety and Okuda talks for him a lot since their besties ❤️💜

Kataoka also has a singing career

This was Fuwa’s first ever acting gig, and even tho she didn’t have a lot of lines everyone still raced to help her because she’s like the “baby” lol

Gakushuu actually has a twin that came to set once to be his stunt double for the pole toppling ep, but they got them confused and got Gakushuu on top of the pole and was like “you gotta kick them and use your momentum to stay on the pole” and Gakushuu was like “absolutely not 💗”

Even tho Karma is a sweetheart who doesn’t talk a lot, he’s always got this look to him that just makes him look like he’s about to do something like steal your wallet 😭 it’s why they hired him

There’s so many scraped clips of the kids just zoned tf out during the 3 minutes Karasuma/Koro sensie had to pretend to be teaching something

“Can ya’ll at least try to look like productive children with a passion to beat their opponents?” “No”

Reaper 2.0 is only 19 years old and he “bullies” the younger kids so much 😭 like in an older sibling type way

“You’re supposed to be setting an example” “I don’t understand what you want from me my character wants to KILL THEM”

Ommmggg Yuji being so happy that he found someone like him and thinking their the best of friends meanwhile Gakushuu is just like “pls f off disrespectfully, you friend stealer” 😭

I hc that since Seo travels a lot (is that canon or did I just read it somewhere and went with it?) he met Yuji once and they stayed in contact and he’s been telling the other four for years that there is another person their age on the planet that can compete with Gakushuu and they didn’t believe him until Yuji actually came to the school. He was like another Karma when it came to rivaling Gakushuu but like much nicer and mature about it.

Words cannot describe how much I love that idea with Koyama and Yuji!!! It’s always nice to have someone to trauma bond with, or just have another person who has been though similar things as you y’know? I feel like Yuji gets along with almost everyone, but Koyama would definitely be someone he’s really close with

We recently went out for two of my friends’ birthdays and we argued all the way up until the day of on weather to go to the mall, muesem, trampoline park, bookstore, movie or just a restaurant.

Anyway I think their friendship would be….a good social study that’s for sure.

Cause Yuji is from a very wealthy family and probably rivals Gakushuu in he’s used to getting what he wants how he wants when he wants it, and to add on he didn’t grow up in Kunugigaoka with the rule “what Gakushuu says goes” and as influential as Gakuhou is…Yuji’s father probably has equal if not more power.

And Gakushuu could be like “ok your done get out of my school” but at this point his friends have grown attached and they won’t let him kick Yuji out. And Gakuhou probably thought it would be a good “lesson” to humble him or smth lmao Gakuhou Asano logic
